William was very helpful in the process, making sure I had the right information and tools so I didn't run into any issues. I loved my Ioniq, so I knew I wanted the same model. When I was ready to come in and get a new one, William and Tom were so accommodating and made sure I was well taken care of, got exactly what I wanted, and focused their time so the process was quick, straightforward, and enjoyable. I want to note that my first experience with William at Glendale Hyundai when I came in for a test drive before knowing what brand or model car I wanted was such a good experience. William wasn't calling or emailing me asking what my status was on finding a car, which I experienced so much every other day with sales reps at other dealerships from other brands. I value how much effort all the staff at Glendale Hyundai has put into making sure I was happy with my car and lease both times, and I can't imagine working with anyone else. More

Great first experience I knew what car I wanted to purchase, it was a matter of finding it since I was unable to find any local dealerships that were carrying it. I called Glendale Hyundai and talked to Alex about the specific model I was looking for and within minutes he told me that they had it and emailed me the price after rebates, discounts, etc. After the test drive with Alex, he and Tom ran all my credit info and chatted with my girlfriend and me during the process. When I went to talk to Garen about financing the car, he answered all my questions. I had to step out multiple times to make a few phone calls and he was patient the entire time. He was chatting to my girlfriend while I was on the phone rather than just sitting there in silence. Overall, Alex, Tom, and Garen made my first experience purchasing a car a very pleasant one. More
