It was a refreshing change and it left me willing to trust the dealership in the future. There was a nice waiting area and decent coffee. They were out of tea. They finished up within the projected timeframe. There were no new issues when I got the car back after the service. The online appointment set-up process was simple and useful. They did not call me prior to appt. as requested (to confirm they would finish same day,) but I was pretty confident the appt. was estimated at only a couple hours because the online scheduler chose an appt. window based on the service campaign I specified, I had a positive experience overall. I was surprised that my name was called to reserve one. Everything was up front, transparent and professional to deal with. Obviously, this car is in high demand so it cost more than I anticipated, but they offered lower than others. I wish car was fully charged and detailed before taking delivery but I still made it home.with plenty to spare. I would recommend anyone looking to buy a Kona Electric (if available) More
