I took my car into Glendale California Hyundai Service Dept. for my oil change and my service rep Abo and E.J and Arlene and Ken Winter the manager al I took my car into Glendale California Hyundai Service Dept. for my oil change and my service rep Abo and E.J and Arlene and Ken Winter the manager all did an amazing job and also the mechanics did a superb and fantastic job on my Hyundai Sonata 2018 . They also let me know they would be working on and i got a software update at the same time as per Hyundai! and that was very cool. Im very impressed with the way i am treated so wonderfully and how my car is taken care of so magnificantly and so priomptly . Thanks I loved the popcorn and the lounge where i enjoyed doughnuts and hot tea and television and it made me so comfy while my car was serviced so promptly and i loved the experience everyone is so super freindly and professional and magnificant and kudos to the manager of the service dept. Ken Winter who does a magnificant job and understands what it takes to run a wonderful amazing service dept, thank you so much to EJ and ABO and Arlene and my mechanics who sercice my vehicle they deserve a pad on the back and more thanks for all your wonderful service i truly appreciate all of you . fondly James . Great Customer Service but Pricey Services I brought my car in for an oil change and I have the pre-paid maintenance plan. I was over 15,000 miles so I needed to do a bigger check-up. The servi I brought my car in for an oil change and I have the pre-paid maintenance plan. I was over 15,000 miles so I needed to do a bigger check-up. The service was quick and the customer service was great, but I cannot believe it still costs over $300 for my check up. Even after subtracting the services included in my plan and taking off several services that were not totally recommended. It seems a bit misleading to have a pre-paid maintenance plan and then still need to pay that much for a 15,000 check up. :/ More

Best car buying experience ever. This was the best car buying experience my wife and I have ever had. Alex Asi, the Internet sales manager, was incredible. He found us the exact SUV This was the best car buying experience my wife and I have ever had. Alex Asi, the Internet sales manager, was incredible. He found us the exact SUV we wanted, which apparently was very scarce and took him hours of bartering to get it to the lot. Tom Eplin, the sales manager, was very personable and kept us entertained while somehow allowing the great deal Alex had made us go thru. Between both of them the deal we got at Glendale Hyundai was ,and I’m not exaggerating, thousands better than the closest competetor. Would definitely reccomed Glendale Hyundai and encourage you to use Alex Asi. More
