Very Honest, Reliable, Tursting and Freindly Dealership I hope you will read this because this is a true story about the people at Glendale Hyundai. Recently, I was shopping for a car. I spent night and da I hope you will read this because this is a true story about the people at Glendale Hyundai. Recently, I was shopping for a car. I spent night and day shopping online for a good reasonable price car for 5 days before heading to the dealer. You always need to do a full research before going to any lot. I am a firm believer not to waste anyone's time. I went on every website to get a quote of what car I wanted. I was debating between the Hyundai Elantra SE and SEL. I received about 60+ emails a day and 20+ calls because I put my information out on the web for all the Hyundai dealers to reach out to me no matter how far they were so I can the get the best deal. That was my plan. It worked. Out of the 60+ emails I received one stood out the most; It was from Mellisa Wilcoxen from Glendale Hyundai. She had an awesome email introduction like I have NEVER read before in my life. All the other emails that I received from other dealers were a standard cold copy and paste email. I hate those emails. Most customers hate those. Her email was VERY professional, warm, sincere and honest so I decided to call her. We spoke on the phone for at least 30 minutes and she was amazing, she told me some honest stuff that was spot on with my research so I know she was for real. She also said that Glendale Hyundai is family own. Right then when I heard that I knew that I had to buy from them for three reasons. 1. I support family own businesses. They are the backbone of America. 2. She beat all the other dealer prices, hands down! 3. She was very nice, professional and honest and never lied to me once while answering all my questions. I told her that I will be in to work out a deal and test drive the car. She then had the Internet sales manager Alex Asi call me with my permission. He was VERY nice on the phone. He was very personable, open and honest. He offered me a deal that I could not refuse. He said no bait and switch. He said his word is solid. So I trusted him on that. He was right, keep reading!! At that time I decided to buy the SEL sedan VS the SE because the GREAT offer he was given me as well as his attitude and trustworthiness. He is a very nice guy, seriously. I have never met a car sales rep to be like this. WOW IS ALL I CAN SAY!! The next day, I meet Alex and Mellisa, we had a great conversation. Awesome test drive, NO PRESSURES AT ALL TO BUY!! They spent 2+ hours with me. Alex even picked out the car I wanted with only 15 miles on. Many had 30 miles, but I wanted less. He went to other lots to find the perfect car!! NOW THAT A GREAT PERSON!! Alex did everything for me more than I even asked for. He impressed me and surpassed my expectations. The very next day, Alex picked me up from my job which was 2 miles away, bought me lunch and took me back to the lot to buy the car. HE GAVE ME AN AWESOME DEAL!! WAY UNDER MSRP. Basically, it was a steal. I got the car under blue book value if you count in the Hyundai Spring Event rebates that helped. Let me tell you, Alex and Mellisa are awesome!! They never once pressured or rushed me to make a decision at all. They only wanted one thing from me is to be happy no matter what. That was very nice of them. I have over 10,000+ followers and I will send everyone of them to buy from GLENDALE HYUNDAI. I mean this. THEY WILL BEAT ANY OTHER DEALER'S PRICE. THEY DID FOR ME. Alex showed me many different variables of pricing, down payments, etc. He really worked the best deal for me with a very low monthly payment. He even had the guy to wax and clay bar the car twice before I drove it off the lot. WOW, it looked amazing. I love my car!! I never bought Hyundai in my life and now I will always buy them. The warranty is awesome. I drove the car for 60 miles and LOVE IT!!! The 2019 Models are great!! Thank you Mellisa and Alex!! YOU ROCK!! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK THAT YOU ARE DOING. Love my car, hate the service On Saturday, Feb 9, 2019 the car was dropped off at the Glendale Hyundai dealership to fix the issue with the Steering wheel making a clicking sound w On Saturday, Feb 9, 2019 the car was dropped off at the Glendale Hyundai dealership to fix the issue with the Steering wheel making a clicking sound when left or right turn is made. (1) Glendale Hyundai did not provide a rental car (2) Their solution: mechanic rotated the tires instead of really checking what the noise was. (3) Hence: As soon as I left Glendale Hyundai on Monday, Feb 11, 2019 and made a right turn, the sound was still there. (4) Sadly, I could not take it back as I needed the car for vacationing. (5) Every week I pop the hood to clean the leaves from where I park at my work, and on Friday, Feb. 15, I did the same thing, and noticed mouse footprints. Two seconds later, the mouse was staring at me dead in the eye. I am not comfortable driving this car with my son in it. On March 16, 2019, I dropped off the car to Glendale Hyundai again, told them about the steering wheel, had a mechanic ride with me, and he admitted that he is tired of “fixing” all the issues that the other mechanics make. He even admitted how ridiculous it was that they rotated the tires instead of really checking for the clicking sound. When I asked the mechanic about the mouse issue, he stated Glendale Hyundai “use” to have mice issues, but not anymore. I do not park in any area in Glendale where mice exist, not at my home or work. I did not have “mice” issues until I took my vehicle to Glendale Hyundai. Arlene from Glendale Hyundai told me that by March 18, 2019 they would call me to let me know what was wrong with the vehicle, and I still have not heard. March 19, 2019 – waiting to hear about my car, still no rental is being provided to me. I finally received a call on March 20 stating that they have ordered the part “Rack and pinion” and that my car will be ready for pickup. When I pick up my car, I test drive it with the mechanic and it is now fixed. What was interesting, the mechanic was having a very loud argument in front of me when I picked up my car. The handoff guy went to him, pulled him aside, and said to calm down in Armenian. The customer service and communication I received was way off. I had to inconvenience my family and friends for rides to and from work and to and from picking up my son from school. I also lost PTO from work so as to not lose pay for not actually working the full 8 hours because I did not have a car. Having a service done on my car is a huge part of buying a new car. If my car was not under warrantee, I would never have taken my car there to get fixed. More
