Great customer service I went in for an oil change and tire rotation, but I waited at the service center for about 2.5 hours before being told my car had a recall and needed I went in for an oil change and tire rotation, but I waited at the service center for about 2.5 hours before being told my car had a recall and needed to update the system, which was why it was taking so long. Arlene organized a shuttle to take me home and scheduled a late car pick up for me so I could pick up the car after my work. The car ended being done before I went off for work so I got to pick up my car early than expected. Arlene was awesome making sure everything was as smooth as possible for me! More

Ridiculously overpriced It was my first time going to this dealership to get an oil change after I had moved into town. They wanted to change my brakes. Over charge to put in It was my first time going to this dealership to get an oil change after I had moved into town. They wanted to change my brakes. Over charge to put in coolant (because although an oil change included topping off the fluids, they would only add water). They wanted to change all the filters. Cabin/engine. Charging 3-5 times what it would cost for me to go to Walmart/autozone and change it myself. I will not be coming back to this location for overcharged services More
