As always Paul Bautista and his service team showed me once again that they care about my concerns about my vehicles are are will to do their best to resolve them. This visit was for my Jeep Grand Cheroke once again that they care about my concerns about my vehicles are are will to do their best to resolve them. This visit was for my Jeep Grand Cherokee not my usual visit for my Ram 1500 RHO. Both vehicles are 2025 models, but this service department treats my vehicles like as if I just got them yesterday. My experience with Herbert as my service advisor was disappointing. There was very little customer service, and I didn’t feel like my loyalty as a customer mattered.
