No customer service. Car had to be brought in twice. Wait time was too long. Was quoted 2 days and it took 4. No sense of urgency or care. The wrong oil was put in my engine during an oil change. At the drop off a sheet of paper was printed with the wrong oil listed in the quote. I told the adviser it is the wrong oil and he assured me they wi At the drop off a sheet of paper was printed with the wrong oil listed in the quote. I told the adviser it is the wrong oil and he assured me they will go with what the VIN number requires. When I was picking up the car the wrong oil was still listed on final receipt. They verified the wrong oil was placed in my truck engine. Avoid changing oil at dealer. They either put the wrong one or overfill. More
