Thank you for caring After speaking with several different salesmen from several different dealerships, I set up a few appointments to test drive a new Jeep Wrangler and t After speaking with several different salesmen from several different dealerships, I set up a few appointments to test drive a new Jeep Wrangler and to look at some of their inventory. We have a 13 year old son who has a a few medical issues in lately. When I had to send a text to various salesmen and cancel our appointments, ONLY Kevin from Glendale Chrysler Jeep responded with thoughts of my son. Other salesmen responded and wanted to reschedule our appointment...Kevin responded and wanted to know how my son was doing!!!! My wife and I looked at each other and said THAT'S WHERE WE WILL GET IT. We ended up visiting the dealership on a Thursday when Kevin was off, but he referred us to Alex....great choice. Over the course of the next day or so, Alex helped us find the right jeep and get it for the right price. Thank You! As we are getting ready to leave the dealership after purchasing the new Jeep, a gentleman comes up to us and says " Hi, I am Kevin" (We had never actually met him, only spoken on the phone and via text"..."Hi, I am Kevin. A pleasant experience! Hats off to these guys. I had to go in for one warranty item, they took care of a recall also, while I was there. I had an appointment at 7 am, and I Hats off to these guys. He was done in 1-1/2 hours. He also saw another issue, and brought it yo my attention, but was something I easily fixed myself. Hats off to tech Kelly, and the service advisor Derick.
