He set up my phone with the car and gave me a great tutorial on everything so that I was all set up and ready to go! I also worked with Jim in finance and again another great experience. There was a small glitch in the computer system and Jim went above and beyond to get it figured out as soon as he could to expedite the process for me so I didn't miss my Grandma's birthday dinner!!
