Brad McGrew, very pleasant guy to talk to, but ended up being my worst purchasing experience ever. Was misled to ordering a vehicle that was not up to specs when it arrived. Was passed on to the manager John Hanna to handle the situation but basically came up with no solutions. Pleaded to just reverse the deal but refused and stated my trade in was already paid off. Pleaded to just give me my money back instead, not wanting to accept the vehicle but still refused. Now stuck with a 3 year lease vehicle that I am not satisfied with. More
