I was looking for a Dodge Charger with AWD and checked several dealers websites and found the one I bought at Glendale. Since I had purchased my previous car there I all ready knew about the dealership. several dealers websites and found the one I bought at Glendale. When I told him what I wanted to look at he asked what he could do to sell me the car that day. I replied I want to see the car. He said ok I'll go get it. Steve brought the car to the front of the dealership, while I waited inside. Nice touch considering it was December and very cold. I then looked the car over and we took it for a drive. During the drive I asked Steve questions about the car which he was able to answer and he told me about several functions of the car. When we got back to the dealership we negotiated the price of the car and my trade in. All during the process Steve was very Friendly and Helpful. Steve also suggested the Propac and helped me set up a day to have it done when I picked up the car. My overall impression of the dealership is that they have really worked on their customer service, so far it has been great. More
