Mike is Terrific! I had the pleasure of working with Mike, who was busy when I walked in, but immediately stopped what he was doing to find the Jeep I wanted. Despite the fact that I had very specific desires (a Yellow jeep, with blue tooth, and roof options), he was able to locate one immediately and tee it up for a test drive. Then, afterwards, he made the negotiating / buying experience seemless. At all points, he apologized if I had to wait (there are two customers in front of you at financing, but he's going to move as fast as possible), and he respected my desire to get home quickly. He also underpromised and over delivered (saying that my wait could be 45 minutes, when it was actually more like 20 minutes). Mike knows how to treat customers with respect. He provided a place for me to "login" and get some work done. He was friendly, curteous, and kind, and I absolutely recommend him to others. More
Bad Experience. Went in to buy a Jeep Wrangler. We had been pre-approved for an auto loan beforehand so the dealer would not need to run our credit. The sales associa Went in to buy a Jeep Wrangler. We had been pre-approved for an auto loan beforehand so the dealer would not need to run our credit. The sales associate would not let my husband and I test drive the vehicle alone, so we awkwardly sat in silence for the duration of our test drive as the salesman directed us on his planned route. The vehicle we were interested was used and had multiple chips in the windshield, one of the turn signals had a wiring problem, the dome light was burnt out, and the vehicle had various scratches and other imperfections that could have easily been detailed out. When bringing these up to the salesman, we were told "it's a used car, guys." The outside of the vehicle was filthy and the inside was also dirty. The jeep looked as if it had been dropped off by its previous owner and parked, without inspection or detailing services. When negotiating price, the salesman showed us comparable vehicles that were priced similarly but had 30,000-50,000 less miles than the vehicle we were planning to purchase. Overall, the sales team was unable to lower the price of the vehicle, even though they had 'hail sales' and other offers and incentives advertised. In the end we agreed to pay their price, however we expected that the dealer would remedy the issues mentioned above. The dealer agreed to patch the chips in the windshield and to look at the turn signal. Lucky for us, the turn signal was an easy fix, but the 1x1-inch X-marked chip and the other smaller chip in the windshield were poorly patched and look as bad as they did in the first place. Hopefully they at least fixed them enough that they won't spread. Furthermore, when meeting with the financial department, the advisor told us he was disappointed with our pre-approved interest rate and assured us that if we let him run our credit through his best banks, he could get us a better rate. He convinced us to let him run our credit, saying "if both your scores are in the 750's, I can get you 1.6%" and "I do this everyday, I know I can get you a better rate." Well turns out he was wrong. Dead wrong. We did our research beforehand for a reason, but he convinced us that because he was a dealer, he somehow got special rates that weren't advertised. Well he certainly made fools of us for trusting his empty promises. We drove off the lot in a dirty vehicle feeling screwed and fooled. Bottom line, the staff is seemingly friendly but will not work for your business. My bit of advice to the dealer: send your used vehicles out for detail service; nobody should ever FEEL like they are buying a used or broken car. More

New Town and Country Cedric at Glendale is awesome. He found me a 2014 T&C exactly the same as my 2012 only with Leather seats. It was a week before my husband noticed t Cedric at Glendale is awesome. He found me a 2014 T&C exactly the same as my 2012 only with Leather seats. It was a week before my husband noticed the difference! My husband's only complaint was I got it in the same color, inside and out. My car, my choice. Anyway, Cedric made the whole experience quick and painless. And, I got 0% financing for 72 months which was the whole reason for this exercise. This Town & Country seems to have more pep and shifts differently than the other. Anyway, I am totally happy with my purchase and buying experience at Glendale. Stephanie Feist More
