Though he knew I would not be making the purchase for a few months, he kept in contact and forwarded cars I may be interested in. I had requested help from several dealerships,and no one's customer service came close to his. So much so, that when ready to actually make the purchase , the only place I went was Glendale. When we met in person, he was very helpful in helping me make a choice I was looking for, answered all my questions and though intending "just to look" made it so easy that I left the lot with my new car . Having been a driver for 30 years- I have never received such wonderful customer service. A+++++ for Jerry Kasten! More

wasn't expecting to buy and walked away with a new to us car The salesman took extra time to demonstrate all features of the car. He matched us to a car that met our needs. I would have liked a bit lower price than what we ended up with but that was due to the sales manager balking because of the new tires that had been installed. It seems like I should have gotten some kind of tire guarantee, ie. for 30 thousand miles, without having to pay extra for it. As it is, I have new tires but no indication of their quality or how long they should expected to last. As it was I left with a nice vehicle and mostly pleased with the purchase. More

I felt like he was being very honest, despite the usual stereotypes attached to car salesmen. Both my father and I felt like we left the dealership with a fair deal and I will definitely return to the dealership for my next Jeep and my father has commented that he will definitely be coming back to Glendale soon to purchase his third Jeep. It was an overall great experience and it was mostly due to Mr. Price's candid and honest disposition. More
