Miscommunications The employee we worked with was amazing, but we had run into several issues with the vehicle within a few days of purchase. There was miscommunication The employee we worked with was amazing, but we had run into several issues with the vehicle within a few days of purchase. There was miscommunication between the sales rep and ourselves that was solved very quickly and professionally. He did everything in his power to make us happy and is a very professional individual. However, there were other aspects outside of Josh's control that will lead us to not recommending this dealership. Our vehicles steering wheel leather began to crack withing 2 weeks of owning it, and the dealer put in an order for a new one then completely forgot about us. They never called to say they had received the new steering wheel and just left us on the back burner. It wasn't until we got tired of being patient that we called back in and were told "we're sorry, we completely forgot about it" which I think is unacceptable. If I were to recommend this dealership, it would only be because of the professionalism of Josh and his willingness to work hard and keep his customers happy. More
