I found a new home!! I've been trying for several years to find a replacement for the Jeep dealership I loved for 30+ years that sadly closed (Reuther). I discovered Glendale through their service department, as my 07 Grand Cherokee required several recall appointments. After receiving such warm, friendly and professional service (especially from DeeDee and Bill) I decided to give them a try when I was looking at a new Jeep. I met salesman Alex F. while wandering the lot as they performed a recall ignition switch replacement and we struck up a conversation. He was eager without being intrusive, professional, friendly, and genuinely wanted to make sure that I had all the information I needed to find the vehicle best-suited to my needs. Later, when I contacted him to take it a step further, he was very proactive in providing me vehicles to evaluate and went over and above the call of duty to make sure that I was happy. One constructive criticism point...it would be nice if it were somehow possible to streamline the purchase and paperwork process so that it wasn't a multiple-hour experience. More

However, I'm reserving my final opinion of this transaction until after I've gotten the pin-stripping, leather & seat protection, and the paint sealant completed on Monday 04/25. More
