He was willing to negotiate a price that satisfied our prerequisites. We were impressed by the service department hours & their facilities. The ability to receive a complimentary loaner car during service/repairs was a huge plus. We enjoyed the tour of the service & parts departments. Our only point of contempt was an instance during the financing, where the financial employee asked how we were able to pay such a large sum of money outright. We then informed him it was due to an inheritance from a deeply loved family member's death. Not a pleasurable moment from our perspective. We feel as if the question was in bad taste. Otherwise, our experience was top notch. & enjoy the addition of our SECOND Jeep to our household! More

Felt a litte rushed but bought the vehicle We visited the dealership on two separate occasions. Our first visit was late and set an appointment for 7:00pm. We arrived and test drove a used vehicle that we were not impressed with. The salesman, Kevin offered an alternative. We felt we had overstayed our welcome due to the late hour. The next day we returned to look at a 2016 Cherokee Limited. It met our needs and we began to negotiate. I purchased the vehicle but felt the add on costs were unfair negotiation tactics but that's on me! I should not have allowed for the dealer add ons. During the purchase (mid day Saturday) the dealership was busy. Our salesman was dealing with multiple clients. We spent a lot of time waiting, then were rushed out the door as Kevin was called away to deal with other customers. We are happy with our purchase so far but feel it could have been a better experience. More

It was not until I made my way to the front door that they addressed me to see if I needed any assistance. That is when I met Mr. Tibodeau, the sales consultant who worked with me to help me find the right vehicle for my situation. He and the Financial Manager, Larry Striblin, tried getting me into the exact vehicle of my choice but due to the financing I had available they put in something more reasonable for my current situation. I drove away in a brand new Jeep Patriot Latitude grinning ear to ear. Will definitely be doing business with them again when I'm ready to upgrade! More

When we did not get the price we were hoping for, Jim brought out comps of other Jeep Patriots and showed us we were getting the same car for the same price as a lot of other dealers were selling Jeeps with twice as many miles. It reinforced for us we were getting a very fair price. My only complaint is I wish they could have started the finance process sooner. Instead of doing the finance paper first, as requested (we had kids waiting on us), we had to fill out everything else first. It might have cut an hour out of the process. I am sure they have formatted a system that works for everyone, though, and buying a car just takes a long time. Otherwise, really great. More
