2017 Dodge Dealer Trade I typically never post a negative response about any thing. Purchased a 2017 Dodge Express during what seemed to be a pleasurable experience. That cha I typically never post a negative response about any thing. Purchased a 2017 Dodge Express during what seemed to be a pleasurable experience. That changed after the sale. Upon further review the next day I noticed that attached to the Invoice sticker was an additional sticker that listed four items at approx. 1000 dollars additional cost. I went back to the paperwork and this was indeed the price listed in my purchase agreement. It would seem to a logical person that a truck displayed would be how it was being sold and priced. When I contracted to purchase the truck it did not have pin striping, wheel locks, door guards or nitrogen fills nor did I want it. I wanted a plain truck and I made it pretty clear. I knew it was to late to change the paperwork to deduct the amount of the options so I asked if something else of equal value could be substituted. I was told they would check and get back to me. I checked back 3 days later Friday and was told they would check and get back to me on Sat and have not forgot about me. Monday after no call I checked as was informed that they could add the missing items and I needed to make an appointment. If I wanted pin striping I would have take it, It never lasts in all my experience and if I wanted it I would have picked a truck that it was already on. With the delay I already purchased rims, lugs and wheel locks so did not need them. All I wanted was equal value or a refund, no offer now that they have the sale. I feel highly disappointed after previously being happy. Make sure what you purchase is what you paid for. More

We weren't sure about Becky at first because she isn't your typical pushy sales person. Man, she came through with great service and making sure we understood what was going on. The management is second to none with getting it done and making sure we were happy and comfortable through out the process, with the purchase and financing. This was the first American car for my wife and She loves it. We plan on going back for all our service and we will be back for sure for our next purchase. My family had a Spring Break trip planned, and crossed our fingers that our new van would be built in time. Well, the van never came, but the dealership stepped up and provided a brand new Chrysler Pacifica from their rental department for us to use for the 2500 mile trip to Florida and Back. Additionally, due to our wait They provided us with free all weather floor matts, and a free $650.00 Level 2 charger to charge our van in an hours time as opposed to the provided charger that takes 11 hours to charge.
