I had contacted 5 other Chrysler dealers on similar cars via INTERNET sales. It did not work. All they could say was "come in to the dealership." Internet deal don't work that way as of course you are many miles away. Description wise, Glendale had the best car. I asked for details. They (Kevin) checked, took pics and passed to me. Any question was answered in 3 hours. And it was all true. I trusted Kevin Dilthey and Glendale, flew out and Kevin picked me up. The 300 was truly outstanding in every way. Drove it 800 miles back home and it ran flawlessly. Further, they gave me a 6k warranty and offered a 100k warranty. Where can you get that deal? Negotiating?- you can't lose by trying. Hatfield, the sales manager is not gonna get mad at you. He appears to be a "dealmaker," not a bureaucrat. We came to a satisfactory price in about 15 minutes. Bottom line, Glendale wants to sell cars, not hold them for an investment. I dealt seriously with 5 other dealerships over 6 months. They were like negotiating with the Kremlin. Seriously, Glendale was the best dealership I have worked with since 1969 when I got back from Vietnam! More

Before we came into Glendale, we had shopped around for different vehicles. When we went to Glendale to try a Jeep, we fell in love with the car. However, it was brad that made the experience. His knowledge of jeeps is incredible and the time he spends with his clients really shows that he loves what he does. From there, we decided on the Jeep we wanted and the leasing process was smooth. When we came to pick up the car after detailing, brad spent a good half hour making sure we knew how to work the touch screen, how to take off the roof and how to use just about every other feature in the car. All in all it was the best experience I ever had buying a car and will probably be a client for life. More
