WORST dealer experience EVER I met with salesman Kevin Dilley to take a vehicle for a test drive on a Friday morning. After driving the vehicle, I told Kevin that I would think a I met with salesman Kevin Dilley to take a vehicle for a test drive on a Friday morning. After driving the vehicle, I told Kevin that I would think about it and let him know. I subsequently texted Kevin the following Monday morning to see if the vehicle was still available and he told me it was. I then let him know that I I would be down in an hour to drive it again. He said "great". I then drove 40 minutes to get to the dealershio, and when I got there, Kevin informed me that the vehicle was sold. I left the dealership, and, when I got home, I wrote an email to the Carlo Merlo, the dealers owner to express my displeasure with his dealership. The email was ignored. In addition., I called the used car sales manager FOUR times to complain, and he never took my calls or returned any of my four messages. I subsequently left two messages for the general manager, which were also ignored. As I said in the title of this review, the WORST experience I've EVER had with a car dealership More

We knew exactly what we wanted in our Jeep purchase and were shown everything that fit our criteria. We were allowed to test drive vehicles by ourselves, so there definitely was a trust relationship.
