My salesman Jason Ramshaw was very helpful and patient with us because we were not sure what model or color Grand Cherokee we wanted. Larry in finance was very kind and easy to work with. I just can’t say enough about Carlo. He runs a top notch dealership and because of him and the quality people he has working for him. I have made Glendale Jeep/Chrysler/Dodge will be my go too dealership from now on. More

There is no back-and-forth, no back room "pencil sharpening," and frankly, no BS. Just a good and honest deal backed up by a dealer and sales person that have been doing this forever and stand behind their product and service. You cannot go wrong. More

Terrible Customer Service Very poor experience dealing with Sales Dept. Everyone was very nice until I had issues with my purchase, which started before I ever left the dealers Very poor experience dealing with Sales Dept. Everyone was very nice until I had issues with my purchase, which started before I ever left the dealership. I purchased a certified used car. Car was missing original manufacturer equipment, ended up leaking water inside the cabin, and was equipped with the wrong sized spare tire I could never hope to use. The leaking roof was the only thing they were willing to fix for me, and even that required weeks of un-returned phone calls and failed commitments from sales associate. Issue was only resolved by contacting service dept directly. Based on my experience, I would never recommend this dealership for anyone buying a car. However, service department was great to deal with. Always friendly and easy to talk to each time I had to deal with them. Sales department was the exact opposite. In summary this was an awful car buying experience. As for my unresolved issues; before I left the dealership, I noticed the car was missing storage unit for removable sunroof panels (jeep mysky). Was told this wouldn't be a problem to get me this piece of original equipment. Left a few un-returned messages/phone calls as a follow up. Was forced to go in person to get an answer. Was told he was still working on in and shouldn't be a problem. Again, I had trouble reaching the sales associate by phone. Weeks later I was told by email that I should "check Ebay" for the part I needed. I wasn't too happy about this, but I wanted to see my options so I inquired about how much it could cost for them to order the part from the manufacturer for me. Was told he was "walking back there now to check" and would let me know in a moment. He never got back to me. When I brought my car in for service a month later I found out it was going to be close to $300 out of pocket to get me the storage bag. While all of this was unpleasant, it pales in comparison to my final issue with the car, the wrong sized spare tire. With all the water leaking in the vehicle I was forced to remove the spare from the trunk to get the water out. It was after the roof was re-sealed and I was putting the spare back in that I discovered that the spare tire was in fact significantly larger diameter than the tires on the car. Completely wrong size, and with Jeeps active 4x4 system this makes it impossible to use without destroying the power transfer unit and voiding the warranty in the process. Completely unacceptable as the full-sized spare was a selling point when I bought the car. I left multiple messages with my sales associate that were never returned. Made two calls to the general sales department numbers weeks apart explaining the situation. Each time I was told this would be a situation they should fix for me and that they would notify my sales associate and that I should expect a call. I never received any follow up calls. When I was finally able to get ahold of my sales person he was too busy to talk and told me another sales associate had been working on this and I should call him. This seemed ridiculous since no one had even called me to tell me they had received my messages and were aware of the issue. Just another example of terrible communication. The other sales associate was quick to get back to me when I called, which was refreshing, but was trying to tell me I didn’t need my spare tire match the diameter of my other tires. This was completely contradicting the info in the owner’s manual which has big bold warnings for Jeeps active 4x4 system. After a brief conversation he said I should come in and they would figure it out for me. At this point I completely thought they were going to fix the issue, but boy was I wrong. I was working all week, so my wife had to go in and took my father with her as backup. What transpired was a 3-hour ordeal at the dealership for my poor family where the sales associates spent 2 hrs arguing everything you could think of as to why they wouldn’t fix the issue. They said it wasn’t one of their tires so they couldn’t replace it. They didn’t deny that tire was in the car when he showed it to me but said there was no record of the tire in sales paperwork so they couldn’t replace it. Even printed out papers “proving” his point. All it really showed was someone messed up the paperwork on the sale. My wife and father were absolutely appalled by the salesman’s behavior and demeanor throughout whole thing. Apparently, he was very rude and tactless, talking down to them and raising his voice at times. When asked if they could speak to another associate, he just came up with excuses why they couldn’t. My wife described him as a real bully. She went as far as to say it felt like he spent 2 hrs telling them how stupid they were. He spent effort trying to deny obvious facts. Still insisting the spare tire did not need to be the same size, my wife showed him the printed-out page from the owner’s manual as undeniable proof of her argument. His response “that’s not from the owner’s manual!” Its condescending comments like these which my wife said made her feel belittled and degraded through-out the whole ordeal. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. In the end we ended up having to pay to have a new tire put on the spare we had. Said the only reason we were getting such a good deal was that he was “paying money out of his own pocket”. To top it all off when they went over to service department they said the rim/tire combo we initially had on the spare looked like one of theirs and was definitely a product they sold. Complete opposite of the salesman’s whole two hour argument! This was an absolutely terrible experience for me and my family. Needless to say, I will never recommend this dealership to anyone buying a car. There are plenty of other options in the St Louis area. More
