My experience with Chris Jasso was very pleasent and professional. Chris went out of his way to do what had to be done in the most painless way possible. After owning Cadillacs for a number of years I was and am concerned how the new Senota will perform (ridewise) over the rode. I have less than 200 miles logged on this vehicle, and so far I'm thinking it is going to be an adjustment. Short wheelbase is just that. One will never get the ride on short versus longer wheelbase.We are a little confused with the GPS. when we drive south, the map is turned around and the indicator indicates we are going north. The Interstate is on the left side of the screen when it should be on the right. We thank Chris for his kindness. More

Everyone involved worked hard to get us in a vehicle and made sure we got the best deal possible. Everyone was very friendly. After we signed the papers several people came up to us shook our hands and congradulated us on buying our new car. I would recommend them to all our friends and family. While we were waiting for our deal to be worked out Ted made us very comfortable. I think they have very qualified people working at this place of business. We appreciate everything they did for us. I will likely write a new review once I work with a different salesman. Perhaps it was because of the Christmas holiday being so near(maybe he had more shopping to do!), but David Dilly was EXTREMELY different salesman. Perhaps it was because of the Christmas holiday being so near(maybe he had more shopping to do!), but David Dilly was EXTREMELY high pressure. I entered the dealership (having worked with a different salesman prior) and made it very clear that I would not be purchasing a car that day. The test drive went wonderfully, and David was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. He was able to answer all of the questions I had. Then came the pressure to buy "What if I can lower your payments? What if we offer you more for your trade? What if, what if, what if? What can I do to get you into this car today?" THEY DIDN'T EVEN HAVE THE MODEL I WANTED! I finally told him that he was more likely to make a sale if he let me go home than to keep asking me to buy a car on the spot. I have since requested to work with the salesman who had helped me prior, but I am still a bit nervous about going back in to discuss making a purchase; even more so than I was initially. More

Justin and the dealership did very well trying to get me a payment plan that fit into my budget. I was shown a car that better suited my needs than the car I originally chose. My only concerns with the vehicle itself is that the dealers didn't disclose to me that the vehicle required premium fuel. The driving noise of the car has not gone away despite the "developed rust on brakes from sitting". All of the staff at the dealership appeared to be in good, positive moods. More
Salesman was friendly, not pushy, and answered all our questions. The entire buying experience went smoothly and was totally enjoyable. We now have 750 miles on the vehicle and really like it. This was the 1st new car I have ever purchased, & it turned out to be a horrific experience. The day after I bought it I returned to the dealership to ask about the strange noise it was making. The service dept. said it was typical of Sonatas to make that noise. After driving it for another week I thought this shouldn't sound the way it does & went back to listen to another Sonata. I found out the noise wasn't typical & there was in fact something wrong w/ the car. If the service dept doesn't really know if something is wrong, they need to state that they don't know instead of assuming. Within the 1st 10 days of owning the 2012 Sonata I had to take it in twice. 1st for a defective stereo, then for a bad compressor/bearings & pulley. This is not what I expect from a new vehicle right off the lot. They now have my car for the next 3 days to repair the compressor & want to make an additional appt to replace the stereo next week. Once the problem w/ the car was diagnosed I was contacted by the service dept. opposed to the salesman I was originally dealing with. I believe the salesperson should have followed up & discussed the problem considering he was aware of the whole situation. I stated my frustration w/ this particular vehicle suggested it was a problematic car. He said there is nothing that can be done other than have the service dept. keep fixing the problems. At this point I feel as if I have made a poor decision by purchasing this car & hope it at least holds up for the life of the loan. More

So super happy with my car and my experience with Larry Francis @ Glenbrook Hyundai. Larry was excellent in explaining everything and helping me through the process.
