Glenbrook Hyundai - Happy Car Store

My family was in the market for a family sedan. We looked at a 2010 Nissan Maxima SV first. This car apparently had been in some type of accident. Obviously, there was an issue with someone on this car, wish they would have told me before hand, or had it fixed before it was out on the lot for sale? Of course there were other minor things as well, cupholder wouldn't pop open, some leather damage etc. Naturally they said they would service it, but that should have been done already. So we decided to give them another chance by driving one of their own, a 2011 Hyundai Sonata limited. Literally we got in the car drove to the edge of the lot, and felt a clunking sound when the wheels rotated. Really? Another issue on a car that was on their lot? That's ridiculous. Watch out for these people. They don't disclose any issues, and apparently don't service their cars before they put them on their lot, so pay attention and look/listen for issues. More
