The staff is welcoming and respectful and most recognize that I am a regular customer. I am given a complete outline of the work to be done and the cost is accurate. The waiting room is a pleasant corner with space to get paper work accomplished awhile enjoying a free soft drink. The staff sticks closely to the amount of time so I can get a task done while my car is given the repairs or service it needs. This is my second car purchased from Glenbook.
