Nightmare This place is a joke. I was first told I was approved for a loan - keys in hand and ready to leave when the finance guy comes back and says, sorry yo This place is a joke. I was first told I was approved for a loan - keys in hand and ready to leave when the finance guy comes back and says, sorry you can't take the car. Then a few days later we are told to come back, everything is finalized. Again ... More problems. Payment was too high - way over our budget. Walked out upset again!!! They call back and promised it was all taken care of - no more issues. With hesitation, we go back and get our car. Three weeks later I'm getting a text from Eddie, the sales manager saying to call or they will come repo the vehicle!! Another problem with the loan! I called the bank myself this time and was told that Glenbrook Hyundai told them that the vehicle I was purchasing had 75,000 miles LESS than what it actually had!! The terms of the loan needed to be changed and now my payment was going to be $450 per month for a car with 97,000 miles on it. They got their vehicle back!!! Oh - almost forgot to mention that when we got the vehicle home - it had NO OIL in it!! More

DeAndre Garcia makes you feel like a dear friend and always has a professional appearance and manner putting you at ease during the car buying experience. Making sure that you understand everything about your new car before leaving the dealership. The ladies in the office are always nice, and efficient, allowing you to get on with your day. There was a lot of things to cover on this review and Dakota clearly went through all of them. The Tech package in itself was really complete. Overall we were really satisfied with his introduction to our new car. Thanks so much for the time he took with us. One thing that I really appreciate was when he was closing all our papers he asked if I was ever a member of the armed forces. I said that was almost 50 years ago and he said that it didn't matter when. There would be a $500. credit for past service personnel. That was great and I sent him a copy of my Honorable Discharge from the US Army. Thanks so much for you detail in going through all the paperwork as well. More
