We end up purchasing a new Tucson several weeks ago. In the purchase we wanted to thing about the large money and giving up our Sonata. I feel that I was pushed into the buy and we did not receive what our Sonata is worth In looking back we have been over charged in the trade. Very satisfying car buying experience I started this process on line with K. Morgan - we went over what I wanted. He sent me a picture/video of the requested car which they had on their l I started this process on line with K. Morgan - we went over what I wanted. He sent me a picture/video of the requested car which they had on their lot. When I went in, a 55 mile drive, K was not in but was greeted by D. Garcia took over. Hours later, I drove home. Glenbrook also doubled the warrantee on the powertrain. More
NEVER buy a Car that is not ready to be sold ON LOT. Bought 2 cars same day, weren't Lot ready. BIG MISTAKE. Had to spend extra $2,300 to fix problems. Salesperson said "Your problem now". Don't stand behind their product I purchased a 2012 hybrid with only 19000 miles. I hand nothing but problems. Over heating, electrical and now Bluetooth went out. The warranty went I purchased a 2012 hybrid with only 19000 miles. I hand nothing but problems. Over heating, electrical and now Bluetooth went out. The warranty went out on it but I purchased and exstendes warranty on it. The only thing that saved except for the Bluetooth. I have less than a 100,000 miles on it and they are going to change me $100.00 to repair it. So far I have over $500.00 to repair it. I have had other cars fords, Chevrolet and Chryslers and did not have the problem. I called the sales manager and he said trade it it. I said not why buy another car that will not hold up. I told him if I did it would be a chev or something else. He said have a good day and hung up on me. I will not ever take this car back to them for service or buy another car for Hyundai More
