The salesmen had my car keys in their possession for an appraisal that they needed to complete so that they could see how much my current vehicle was worth. I asked Gary Cramer for my car keys back form him, and he absolutely refused, even after I demanded that he give them back to me. After the purchase, the next day I confronted the salesmen not with my story but with the truth! The salesmen and I both know what happened on that day of the car purchase, the expressions and the mannerisms. The truth fell on deaf ears by the salesmen and the only thing they do is yell deformation! What happened to me that day is called undue harassment and coercion. Come on gentlemen OWN UP!!
