Listen to my needs Trey is one of the few Hyundai sales people that actually listened to me. I knew the exact make model and trim of the car that I wanted, and my local Trey is one of the few Hyundai sales people that actually listened to me. I knew the exact make model and trim of the car that I wanted, and my local dealer would not work with me and what I would call good faith. I been reached out to all Hyundai dealers in a 2-hour radius, and tray with the only one who listened to my request for email or text communication only. Several salespeople, despite me telling them explicitly not to, called and started asking me to come on down and test drive some cars! Trey was great and getting me the hard numbers that I wanted to, we negotiated the final details over the phone, and I drove an hour and 45 minutes to pick up my car the next day. More

Harrassing practices I have dealt with another person (Lindsey) at this dealership that wouldn't leave me alone. This guy keeps e-mailing me over and over and over. No m I have dealt with another person (Lindsey) at this dealership that wouldn't leave me alone. This guy keeps e-mailing me over and over and over. No matter how many times you tell him to stop e-mailing you and to leave you alone he just keeps bugging you. Lindsey called me back to back within 1 minute of each other. I told her I wasn't available this week and I would reach out when I could make it in. So she ignored what I said and asked me again during the same phone call when a good time this week would be good for me. These people don't listen, and they want to rush you. Back off. I will never buy a car here or ever go here again. I did go in and worked with Mel, and he was fantastic and very helpful. We concluded that Hyundai's just aren't for me. Thank you Mel. I appreciated your service. Maybe you can train the others on how to not act! More

Salesman I had set up an appointment time with Dakota a few weeks prior. He was right there at the door to greet us.
