They did a Great Job making sure I got just the right Santa Fe. Do not go to Glenbrook Hyundai. My third lease experience has been and continues to be a nightmare. The title work arrived well past the 45 days resulting in late fees and loss of credit on the plates I had has been and continues to be a nightmare. The title work arrived well past the 45 days resulting in late fees and loss of credit on the plates I had just paid for. Hyundai Finance is hounding me for fees that I was told would be waived once I set up my account. Because of delayed title work it was 59 days after signing the lease before I could set up my account. Rachel Hainline said she would contact Hyundai Finance to resolve the issue. But as of today it remains unresolved. The bill is for $1326.00. I have spoken with Tim in the finance department of the dealership and he was rude and argumentative. I've contacted Jeremy the sales manager who has never responded at all. I WILL NEVER GO TO GLENBROOK HYUNDAI AGAIN. More

Do not take your vehicle here for service! Literally run away! Took our brand new 2021 Kona here for an oil change. They did not put the oil plug in tightly, it backed out, and blew up the engine. Owned the car for 3 months and now they are refusing to take any responsibility at all. This is a total nightmare. We have been loyal Hyundai owners. Had a 2000 traded it in for a 2018 that we bought at glenbrook then traded that for the 2021. Their customer service and lack of responsibility and honorable word is just complete bogus. Never ever go here or buy a car from them. Total crooks!! Because of their lack of care for their services it voided all warranties we had. You take your vehicle to the dealership to NOT void your warranties. More

Everyone did a great job from Quinton to the finance gentleman. This is my 3rd Hyundai. I missed my Tucson that I had but when I went to trade it in the salesman, Dakota was very rude and arrogant. I was looking at a 2017 basic Tucson with no bells or whistles. Because of the treatment we revived I went to Ford and got a 2018 Escape with leather and navigation for 50.00 less a month. I called Dakota to see if he would come down on the price and what Ford was giving me but no deal. Even though the Escape is a great vehicle I missed the Tucson. So I called Glenbrook Hyundai to see if Dakota was still there. When I was told no I said I’ll be right in to look at the Tucson’s and purchased a 2022 Tucson Ultimate. I’m glad to see you’ve got terrific salesmen again. You lost a sale a few years ago but Ford lost a sale this year because they never returned my calls regarding a new Escape. But it worked out for the best because I really got the vehicle I wanted! More
