Waited almost three and a half hours after showing up on time for a ten minute software update that was mandatory and scheduled. The staff were friendly, but after two hours I asked and was told “soon” and about an hour and a half later I was finally done. Not a terrible place, but I will stick to my preferred garage for regular service. When they did the inspection they also mentioned I needed brakes they wanted to sell me, which I didn’t need or let them do, and they missed the suspension issue (that I already knew about but wanted to see if they would catch.) thankfully I already had the appointment with my mechanic scheduled and done a day later. I just wouldn’t go out of my way to use the these folks for anything but a factory recall. More

I have had very little need for repairs over those years and have found hyundai very rewarding and more than fair on the pocket book. The service department is probably the hardest of all department's to operate and keep everyone fully satisfied because of personal expectations rather than reality. If there is one thing I could say is that this department is trying as hard as than can to satisfy and people have to remember we must take turns and sometimes the job is a lot harder than may be promised, and that is just how it is in life, hope for the best but be prepared for the worst. The other thing is we as customers must understand the times we are in, things are harder to get allover and it is not the dealers fault, so please don't project your impatience at them. Put the blame directly on the cause, the current administration, they have destroyed the transportation industry, Yellow Trucking just went under, that is 30,000 trucks not delivering cargo for you and me and this dealership. So before you review please keep in mind to not review things that are beyond control. Now for that review, I would say that my most recent experience was enjoyable, I was treated kind and they did the job well, what else could one ask for, but a job well done. Everyone was nice and kind. The only thing that was missing was the free soda fountain machine :-) outside of that all things accounted for Glenbrook Hyundai is trying hard to rise above the times and provide the best they can, in a time where it seems like no one cares. HYUNDAI CARES, give them an honest opportunity to help you and I think you might choose them to solely provide service for you as well. Matthew More
