Waited almost three and a half hours after showing up on time for a ten minute software update that was mandatory and scheduled. The staff were friendly, but after two hours I asked and was told “soon” and about an hour and a half later I was finally done. Not a terrible place, but I will stick to my preferred garage for regular service. When they did the inspection they also mentioned I needed brakes they wanted to sell me, which I didn’t need or let them do, and they missed the suspension issue (that I already knew about but wanted to see if they would catch.) thankfully I already had the appointment with my mechanic scheduled and done a day later. I just wouldn’t go out of my way to use the these folks for anything but a factory recall. More
