Hyundai was very helpful in a situation I didn't even know was warrantied! I couldn't keep my appt that was scheduled later in the day so they told me to come by and they'd work me in. It was for peeli know was warrantied! I couldn't keep my appt that was scheduled later in the day so they told me to come by and they'd work me in. It was for peeling rims. They had me in and out in less that 30 minutes after working me into the schedule. Went straight to ordering new rooms as they knew that would work better than refinishing. Top notch service! Been a loyal Hyundai driver for the last 10 years due to this kind of service. Also several years in the early 2000s. Great customer service! More

On July 19, 2024, I visited the dealership with my brother, who has automotive knowledge. My brother pointed out issues and missing parts to Justin Stump, but Justin dismissed my brother's observation brother, who has automotive knowledge. My brother pointed out issues and missing parts to Justin Stump, but Justin dismissed my brother's observations, claiming they were incorrect. A belt was cut with visible rubber material being flung onto the engine block, proof showing that the belt damage happened on the new motor. Justin insisted he had informed me of the need for its replacement, which he hadn't. He said I spoke with you and told you. I said you are correct we spoke and I asked you to text me exactly what needed changed. He said I can do that. He claimed to have sent a text message stating that both belts needed replaced, but the message only mentioned the main "belt" not the secondary smaller/thinner stretch fit belt. When I told Justin the bottom cover was missing he said “no it was like that. “ As I tried to clarify, my frustration grew, and I did raise my voice. However, I never used offensive language; I simply stated that Justin was being unfair, unprofessional, and disrespectful, particularly in how he addressed my brother and accused him of lying. My brother identified two loose bolts on the bottom of the A/C compressor which one ended up stripped into the new block. Justin stated that they just inspected it and all the bolts were tightened. Then my brother proceeded to take him outside to take another look at it and pointed it out, then they drove it back into the shop and put it up on the lift and saw that my brother was telling the truth. While still at the dealership my brother witnessed them cutting the bolt half way down the threads and called them out on it. My brother pointed out that Justin wasn't present during this action, suggesting he might not have been aware of his team's mistake. They eventually put whichever bolt they could find because they didn’t have the specific one in stock and said now its holding and called it a day. At this point, overwhelmed by Justin's demeanor, I asked for directions to the restroom to collect myself. My intention was never to instigate a conflict but to seek assistance to rectify their initial errors. The belt in question was a stretch-fit belt, which should have without questions been clarified to me that the specific belt needed replaced for the new engine, because they are single use and should be replaced if ever removed. When I asked for copies of paperwork he asked if my brother had taken pictures of the paperwork. My brother said no. Justin then went into the copy room and my brother followed after having an uneasy feeling about his question. My brother then asked to see the paperwork again. When Justin handed him the paperwork my brother said to him, “convenient how what we just talked about is now on the paperwork” Justin didn’t respond to the remark my brother made. Justin's overall behavior and dishonesty, not just towards me but also towards my family, have led to severe mistrust. After he left to make copies of the paperwork I inquired about the General Manager but the staff remained silent and said I really just need to speak with Justin and they either walked away or completely ignored me. When I asked for the General Manager's contact information, Justin said I’m not giving you his cell. I said I didn’t ask for his cell I asked how to get a hold of him. Mind you he has a smirk on his face the entire time and it made me uncomfortable. His rudeness towards women is apparent, and this was my third negative encounter with him. I felt compelled to bring my brother for his automotive expertise and to have him speak on my behalf in case I couldn’t. My experiences with Justin and the Hyundai service department have been profoundly disappointing. He does not care for the customer at all. Telling him I was almost hit by a semi because the car stopped on the highway he didn’t care when I tried to speak over him he said I’m not going to argue or are you going to let me talk. More

This was my first experience with the Service Center at Glenbrook Hyundai. I used the Quick Lane, and the people there could not have been nicer. They were professional, courteous and friendly.
