The service department was top notch. I came in with a strange noise which had to be diagnosed which they did correctly. Parts were ordered and replaced m. All is good. The salesman started off rough when we were trying to work out the deal but I understand that some people are like this. Before and after the sale he was very nice, which again i understand is normal. Af work out the deal but I understand that some people are like this. We finished the deal after dark so we trusted that the car was detailed. The next day I looked the car over and the only thing done was the tires cleaned and the lower part of the doors were cleaned that we pointed out to him were very dirty. When I opened the hood it looked like it was driven for three straight years through dirt and mud. I guess my definition of detailed and his is a lot different. I understand it was my responsibility to be more thorough but I was too trusting. I don’t think anything was done to the car since they got it. I think we got a good car overall but I would not trust this salesman, I won’t name him but I did send a message to him concerning this issue and I am sure I won’t hear from him. Years ago I had a bad experience with another Glenbrook dealership and even though this was 20 years ago I should not have trusted this Glenbrook dealership either. I won’t be going back for service for this car or anything else. More
