This visit was not good. I was missing a lug nut. They charged me for 3? And never put 1 on the car. I'm still missing it. They said they rotated tires and done oil change? B I was missing a lug nut. Do not purchase a Hyundai, period. Sales reps at this dealership misrepresented the cost to continue to use the computer in the car after you lose the service in 3 years. It is actuall Sales reps at this dealership misrepresented the cost to continue to use the computer in the car after you lose the service in 3 years. It is actually 3 times the price quoted to me. Then, when the computer service (Bluelink) tried to renew it, I lost all the safety functions and remote access. I now have a computerized car with no computer. So now it is essentially a fancy radio. Spoke to a dealership manager and his response was, "Why don't you just trade it in for a new one because they now have lifetime Bluelink service?". So instead of responding to my complaint and providing CUSTOMER SERVICE, he tried to make a SALE. So buyer beware, that is the quality of customer service you have in your future if you purchase a Hyundai from them. No. Thank. You. More

Had my car serviced here. Was in and out pretty fast. Andrew helped me out. Was friendly. Waiting area was neat and clean, hot chocolate was the best I've ever had.
