The dealership was ok, and the service department did what they could with the limitations from Hyundai. Their engine issue with the 16 and 17 sonata‘s should’ve been on a recall and my repair should hav what they could with the limitations from Hyundai. We had no problem with the dealership. With the Hyundai company, that's another story. We had a problem with paint peeling--they said the car was over 6 years old, so the paint problem should not be theirs. We fixed it ourselves. NOW they have an extended warranty to fix the problem. The engine locked up at under 60,000 miles--the will not cover it. There is an extended warranty on that too (which is the term they use so they don't have to say it is a recall). It is a 2017--many cars in that year have the same problem. Dealership--good. Hyndai-sucks. More

The vehicle was missing the rear seat, and I was told it purchased a 2014 Honda CR-V from Hyundai of Glenbrook in May for someone with a disability. The vehicle was missing the rear seat, and I was told it was already on back order, which is why it wasn’t included in the paperwork. After the sale, their story kept changing — from "it's coming soon," to "we’re still looking for it," and now, on July 10, they claimed there’s no record of any promise regarding the seat. Additionally, I was told I could come in anytime to fix a gas cap issue, but when I attempted to do so, they told me I needed to call and schedule an appointment. When I called, I was sent to voicemail with no call back at all. This experience has been incredibly disappointing. They failed to follow through, misled me at the point of sale, and are now denying any responsibility. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Service was good, but we had made an appointment and still had to wait 1.5 hours for the oil change to be complete. It’s been about four months since I purchased my car, and I feel compelled to update and retract my initial positive review. While the buying process was smooth and the staff seemed helpful at first, the post-sale experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I was promised a $400 discount, but the back-and-forth for documentation was excessive and poorly communicated. It felt like I was being punished for accepting the discount in the first place. The finance process was even more concerning. I didn’t receive access to my Hyundai Motor Finance account until almost a month later. When I finally logged in, I was shocked to see an overdue balance and had already started receiving collection calls from Hyundai Motor Finance team. I made the payment immediately and reached out to the dealership’s finance team, who assured me they would resolve it. Unfortunately, that reassurance didn’t amount to much. Fast forward two more months, I received an offhand message from the finance team saying there’s a “short-funded balance” on my vehicle. When I followed up for clarity, I was told it was a mistake and that they “might need to reach out to Hyundai Finance” to sort it out. Overall, this experience has left me extremely disappointed. What should have been a smooth and professional process turned into months of confusion, miscommunication, and stress. I expected better accountability and follow-through from both the dealership and the finance team. More

I had to wait 8 hours to get m my vehicle back when the installer told me that it was ready after 3 hours. When i called the service department about my vehicle 3 times and each time i couldn't get anyone installer told me that it was ready after 3 hours.
