Long and Incomplete I waited an 1 1/2 for an oil change.... They were also to rotate my tires however on my way home I quickly realized they had not. They sell me a vehic I waited an 1 1/2 for an oil change.... They were also to rotate my tires however on my way home I quickly realized they had not. They sell me a vehicle yet forget that it has a display telling me my tire pressures. All four tires had a different pressure upon my arrival (on purpose). Ironically they were all in the same location when I checked on my way home. So they “rotated” my tires. Very disappointed and will be finding another dealership to take my car back to. More

Chrysler 200 I brought my car in from out of town to be serviced at the dealership and they were very knowledgeable about my car and what needed to be replaced on I brought my car in from out of town to be serviced at the dealership and they were very knowledgeable about my car and what needed to be replaced on it. The price was very reasonable and the quality of work was exceptional! I Would highly recommend them. More

Regular service I made an appt for an oil change and a recall. I ask how long it would take and they told me they recommend 3 hrs so I decided to drop my truck off ve I made an appt for an oil change and a recall. I ask how long it would take and they told me they recommend 3 hrs so I decided to drop my truck off versus waiting. They called me less than 2 hours later and told me it was ready. Great job making the customers time worth something!!! More

Friendly and fast Got right in at 4:30 for oil change and tire rotation however when I got home tire pressure was off. Worst service EVER! They are nice at first until they make a promise they can't keep. Sign the paperwork, pull credit score, then change their mind and boot you home.
