Top-notch experience from start to finish. My son was shopping for a new Challenger; Dad was just along for the ride. We had an appointment, and Derry, our salesman, met us at the door. My son and I took a car for a test drive, after which we spoke with Derry and his Sales Manager, Lamont. At no time did we ever feel pressured, which was a major reason for our returning when we were ready to make a purchase. Other dealers resorted to stereotypical high-pressure tactics that I've seen dozens of times over the years, in stark contrast with our experience at Glenbrook Dodge. Nick, the Finance Manager was also helpful, and didn't pressure my son at all. I'd recommend working with these gentlemen without reservation. More

Fantastic interactions with everyone. I could not have asked for a better salesman than Derry. Dealership was clean, we were greeted with friendly smiles and hellos. We were treated with respect and our wants were listened to. We were shown several cars that would fit within our criteria. He made the process of trade in and leasing so much easier!!! He explained all our options between purchasing vs leasing. Once we picked out a vehicle, he showed us the features of our new truck! Greg was great to work with when it came to getting my new work truck. I told him I was looking for and he emailed me what they had onsite. Once I picked the truck I wanted he got everything ready.
