I purchased a used vehicle on 12/31/2011. I had never been to the dealership before but had researched my vehicle on-line prior to my visit. I ended up buying at another dealership. I was in for an oil change and just looked around when I was waiting.....Some "kid" got my name from service, I did take his card but never gave him my name because oil change and just looked around when I was waiting.....Some "kid" got my name from service, I did take his card but never gave him my name because I wasn't "serious" about buying a vehicle that day. Well, he called not me but my husband!!! Then sent him (husband) a letter, then called him a second time. We ignored all correspondence. It made me so mad that I seriously looked somewhere else. Bought a used Jeep somewhere else and now have waited over 5 weeks to get my extended warranty cancelled. Jennette said (which is a lie) that I didn't bring all the documents that I needed (5 weeks after I came in to cancel!). Her snotty response, well, I have between 6 and 8 weeks and I can't do anything until you bring in what I need. Huh, I almost asked her to see that in writing, why would anyone assume the dealership has 8 weeks to cancel a warranty? I'll never shop here again. Services on oil changes always seemed impersonal, they apparently even stopped offering free car washes because I didn't get one last time I was in. More

Roberta was very helpful on the phone setting up an appointment to meet with me and I felt like she actually listened to what I was looking for and not just what she was wanting to sell. I arrived that day with a long list of vehicles to look at and after narrowing it down to 4 we started test driving. Roberta was VERY knowledgeable about the vehicles I drove and answered all of my questions about each one. When we ran into a "bump" with the first vehicle I picked and decided to test drive a fifth vehicle she was very patient and I felt like she really wanted me to make the best decision for me. She has done an excellent job following up since then and when I went to get my Simonize put on she was there to greet me at the front door. I would HIGHLY recommend working with her again and will most likely be back to buy my next vehicle here! Great experience! More
After some confusion on the sale price was cleared up by the Sales Manager at the dealership, I would recommend this dealership. The crew at Glenbrook Dodge Chrysler Jeep took the time to find another van of the same color and better options, which was on the lot but so new to the dealer that it was not yet even in the system. After completing the paperwork on the 2012 van, it was nearly closing time for the dealership. Fully expecting to be told to come back the next day so that they could get the van prepped, we were surprised that the people in the vehicle prep area and our salesman stayed 1 hour beyond closing time, so that we drove home with our new van. Ken even assisted in cleaning out our trade in. Seemed to be above-and-beyond, when we would have been satisfied coming back the next day. We have been totally satisfied with the vehicle and the dealer. More

The sales staff at Glenbrook, particularly, Nick Castillo and Matt McKibben are superb people, honest and helpful. We have always stayed away from big city dealerships and done our buying locally. Not anymore ! We went 40 miles out of our way and out of our state to see what they could do. We had in mind to trade in on a used Jeep wrangler and ended up driving home the same night in a brand new 2012 wrangler! These two gentlemen will do everything in their power to earn your buisness and get you right where you want to be ! We will be back very soon as we are looking to purchase another wrangler for my other half. Absolutely Great Dealership and state of the art facility! More

It's a shame they have a way of blaming their customers for not taking care of their job. A downpayment was mentioned to us the night of the sale. The whole transaction went through and we weren't asked to pay. We figured they didn't need it after all. Now, after waiting 4 weeks for our paperwork and several phone calls, they decide they need the downpayment before they will even release the paperwork for the title. Further, when I emailed the salesperson regarding the way it was handled, it was compared to stealing and being dishonest. I don't do business with people who have awful customer service. They didn't get the paperwork correct. We had no clue they were holding the paperwork since we were continually told by the salesperson and finance everything was fine. Run the other way people! The reviews you have read here are true. It's not worth the extra hassle. I think Dodge needs to know the reputation they are gaining from people who act and treat their customers this way. More

I was looking for a lease with a specific payment I wanted to be at or below. I found out very quickly that my number may be unrealistic. I called Glenbrook Dodge and spoke with Jared and was told that he would speak to his finance manager and get right back to me. He did get back to me very quickly with a low payment on a loaded Town and Country. We came in that day and had several colors to choose from. Financing was no problem and they even had a little room to keep the kids entertained w/ crayons and a TV while we signed paperwork. My family and I have been LOYAL Volkswagen owners and Vorderman customers for many years, but I have to say that the deal I got at Glenbrook Dodge was tons better than what Vorderman was able to offer us on the Routan. More
