In the past I was told that Glenbrook would rip you off and put the screws to you to sell a car. Not true I was very happy the way I was treated and the price I got. ( did not get what I thought it was worth ) BUT THEY GAVE $2000.00 More than NADA and Blackbook said it was worth. And only about $1500 less than retail DAM GOOD for a Trade in! Thanks to Chris and everyone at Glenbrook Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep!!! More

Newspaper advertised three incentives (Dealer match of $1000 downpayment, $1000 for non-Chrysler product owners and $3000 Minimum Trade-in) along with a $1500 Great Lakes Incentive in the Chrysler Website $1000 downpayment, $1000 for non-Chrysler product owners and $3000 Minimum Trade-in) along with a $1500 Great Lakes Incentive in the Chrysler Website. Those elements drew us into this dealership. When we went in to talk about the deal, the employee told us that since we opted for the $3000 trade in option only the $1500 Great lakes incentive was available or we could take only one of the other options. The newspaper ad and the website didn't list those exclusions, so I feel we were baited into the dealership. At one point, we considered not making the deal because of those excluded elements but choose to buy because the car itself had the things we wanted. More
