I was looking for a new Chrysler 300 Limited and had been looking at various dealerships. Glenbrook has a huge inventory and a huge staff. Great guy - very friendly, not pushy and he worked up a great deal for me. Since I was coming from such a distance it was nice that we were able to work completely over the phone and ensure that the deal was great before I even started the drive. They easily beat any other dealer's offer and no haggling. Great experience, I highly recommend working with Joe and I couldn't be happier with my car. (The three hour drive on the way back - was MUCH more fun then on the way there since I had my new car). More

Mr.Joe Payton did a great job getting us financed when others did not even try to help us. Dispite our low credit score he worked with us to put us in a great SUV at a great price. This man was inspronital in finding us a veicile that was within our budget. We even went to several dealerships that had turned us down and showed them our gread SUV. About two months ago I bought a 2001 Dodge truck from Glenbrook Dodge. Dave Brady was my salesman, he was nice, not too pushy. Things went smooth untill I called about my title work and plates two weeks later. Tyler Porter head or finance had assured me that it was in the mail. So i waited about a week and called again. Again, I got the same story from him. Finally it came time that my temp tag was about to expire, I called had to drive down there and get another one, again got the same story that it would or was in the mail. Waited another week and a half,my dad was off so he called down that day. I told him to talk to Tyler, he did. Tyler hung up on him. He called back finally talked to somone else, Tyler wouldnt answer. Turns out they had sold me a truck without having the title. They told him it was in the process of getting a duplicate title. That was about two and a half weeks ago. I call every week to check on it and I get the same story. In nine days my plates are due again. I will never do business with this dealer again and have told several people to stay away from them More

I had major surgery a year ago, related to a Service Connected Disability. During recuperation, I was let go from my job. I hung on for a year making my car payments and have been fighting the VA for Connected Disability. During recuperation, I was let go from my job. I hung on for a year making my car payments and have been fighting the VA for a year for my disability compensation. I went on line and picked out a car. Within a few hours, Steve called me and told Steve that I would like to cut my payments in half. I went in the next day, and within 1/2 hour, we struck a deal and I drove away in a 2011 Nitro, my payment cut in half. This is my fourth purchase from Glenbrook, and words can not express what pleasure it is to deal with this dealership. Thank you. More
