This dealer lists a certain price on cars.com and their own website. Then when you go to see the vehicle they say that's the suggested retail price not the actual price. It was 7,000 more. We came into Glenbrook Dodge looking for a Chrysler Town and Country mini van with the stow n' go seating. We recently stopped into Glennbrook Dodge to just look at used Town/Country vans with factory tow package. We drove a white new one, 2012, but We really didnt want white. Not just by the car but the service as well. Angel went way above and beyond what we would have ever expected of anyone. I went the next morning to the dealership (6 hours round trip) were Brad works and the vehicle was located (Glenbrook Dodge). Brad was one of the friendliest and honest salesmen I had ever met. He was quick getting me to his office, and answered all my questions. Brad even went one step further. He asked if I wanted anything to drink or a snack. I entered the dealership to test drive a 2012 Jeep Liberty and met Josh... He was very helpful. We took a Liberty for a test drive and then got back to the dealership and started "negotiations"... We took a Liberty for a test drive and then got back to the dealership and started "negotiations"...in the end...we came to a price that satisfied both parties...we were ready to buy and I made that clear to both Josh and Matt...so in the end...we walked out with a new vehicle...and we are happy with keeping our $$$ at a local business. Josh was very helpful both prior to and after the sale...he followed up with the one item still "due" after pick up...he is a good sales person that focuses on the needs of the customer...at least this customer. We don't buy new cars very frequently...so it is hard to establish "relationships" with dealerships...but Josh made us feel comfortable and we walked away with a new vehicle. More
I recently decided to buy a new car. I am basically a GM kind of guy, but I looked at Camaros, Mustangs, and Challengers. I drove through Glenbrook Dodge's lot and seen the blue Challenger. I brought my wife back a few days later to test drive and talk to a salesman. Angle Bahena took us on a drive and explained the options on this car. We discussed the price and he told me if I could wait a while, he was sure the price would probably come down for the end of month numbers. Two days later I drove off with the car at a savings of double the first offer. Angel worked with me 100% for my benefit.
