This is the 3rd vehicle I've bought from Glenbrook and Joe Payton. He works with me to get the price where I need it to be and never says no. If he just can't do it, he does whatever he can to make sure Joe Payton. He works with me to get the price where I need it to be and never says no. I bought a Jeep from this dump and talk about terrible service. For starters, every time you call the dealership, you're getting something automated and also expect for your sales person or manager to NOT service. For starters, every time you call the dealership, you're getting something automated and also expect for your sales person or manager to NOT be at their desk and to not return your phone call, no matter how many "notes" or "messages" you leave with the customer service lady. The service department has no idea about any deals you make at the time of the sale-so don't bother asking them. These guys want to rip you off of every dollar so if by some chance you make the mistake of buying a vehicle, make them fix everything that's wrong with it and make sure it's in writing. Seriously, they'll fight you down to putting an extra screw into something if you don't have it written out. Now on to my Jeep, after one week (to the DAY) of owning it, the timing belt went out and I had to have it fixed myself ($500 problem) but that was after the sale, so they didn't care. They had my money. They offered nothing in exchange for this problem, absolutely ZERO service-after-the-sale. My sales rep Steve knew nothing about Jeeps, watching him attempt to take off the top of a Jeep was a painful process to say the least.....I don't think I was trust him to pound sand into a rat hole. Luckily I knew about doing it, its not magic, only velcro and zippers. Soon after the sale, Steve developed "hey you're no longer important" attitude. That didn't work with me because I'll just belittle a car salesman like the low-down, snakes they are. Their sales "manager" Ryan Tuttle, who thought he was cool ended up leaving me a voicemail indicating he was going to cut me a check to fix my AC Condenser(they keep getting it confused with compressor) elsewhere (10 days ago) and guess what? No check arrived in the mail yet and I'm supposed to call back next week because of the holiday because their finance department is closed. Go figure. I have a feeling that check will never arrive. *THE DEALERSHIP HAS NOT PAID TO HAVE THE ITEMS FIXED ON MY JEEP THEY AGREED TO IN WRITING DURING THE TIME OF SALE* Also, they have no rental car service, so just expect to be screwed if you need any work done to your vehicle for an extended period of time. The place is a total unprofessional joke and a completely dishonest and corrupt car sales lot. Soon after, I talked to my boss who is from Fort Wayne and he said "Oh man you bought a car from GLENBROOK!?...yeah those guys have a terrible shady reputation over there". I strongly urge you to listen to this review; these people do not care about quality service and nor is it worth spending your hard earned money here. There are plenty of places to find a car, take your time, test drive plenty and don't be in a hurry. You'll find that this dealership giant American Flag should be a giant RED flag to avoid this place at all cost. More

I was looking for a new Chrysler 300 Limited and had been looking at various dealerships. Glenbrook has a huge inventory and a huge staff. This allowed me to get the exact vehicle I wanted (I traveled three hours each way - that's how good they are!). I worked with Joe Payton. Great guy - very friendly, not pushy and he worked up a great deal for me. Since I was coming from such a distance it was nice that we were able to work completely over the phone and ensure that the deal was great before I even started the drive. They easily beat any other dealer's offer and no haggling. Great experience, I highly recommend working with Joe and I couldn't be happier with my car. (The three hour drive on the way back - was MUCH more fun then on the way there since I had my new car). More

Wow!! We just bought our first "Brand New" vehicle and what an awesome experience! I inquired over the internet and within the hour Joe Payton had called me back. He didn't make me take the time to look at vehicles I didn't want or couldn't afford. He simply showed me the way to the ones I liked and was there to answer any and all questions. I never once felt any pressure and it was such a fun experience for our family (including our 9 year old daughter!!) I would recommend anyone considering buying a new vehicle to Give Joe Payton at Glenbrook Dodge a call! You wont be sorry!! Mr.Joe Payton did a great job getting us financed when others did not even try to help us. Dispite our low credit score he worked with us to put us in a great SUV at a great price. This man was inspronital in finding us a veicile that was within our budget. We even went to several dealerships that had turned us down and showed them our gread SUV. About two months ago I bought a 2001 Dodge truck from Glenbrook Dodge. Dave Brady was my salesman, he was nice, not too pushy. Again, I got the same story from him. Finally it came time that my temp tag was about to expire, I called had to drive down there and get another one, again got the same story that it would or was in the mail. Waited another week and a half,my dad was off so he called down that day. I told him to talk to Tyler, he did. Tyler hung up on him. He called back finally talked to somone else, Tyler wouldnt answer. Turns out they had sold me a truck without having the title. They told him it was in the process of getting a duplicate title. That was about two and a half weeks ago. I call every week to check on it and I get the same story. In nine days my plates are due again. I will never do business with this dealer again and have told several people to stay away from them More
