Joe was very friendly and helpful. He made me feel important in the buying decision eventhough i was limited in my knowledge of the Jeep i bought. Since this was Jasmin's first Jeep and my 2nd, he did go over alot of the smaller detailed things with her that would have probably been overlooked when buying a new/used vechile. i appreciated his honesty and low presssure approach to selling us this awesome wrangler. thanks again. i will definitely come back and buy from him again. Matt McKibben and Joe Trevino did an awesome job and did what it took for us to be at the same payment as we were before. Had a bad experience earlier in the year with a different vehicle and these guys mad what it took for us to be at the same payment as we were before. My experience with Jeff Skelly was very pleasurable and he worked very hard to reach a deal. Our negative review is due to Ryan Tuttle, the sales manager. We worked a deal that allowed us to keep the wheel he worked very hard to reach a deal. Our negative review is due to Ryan Tuttle, the sales manager. We worked a deal that allowed us to keep the wheels and tires from our previous Jeep. After leaving the dealership, we discovered that the tire pressure sensors had not been switched out and were not compatible. The sensors from our 2011 Jeep did not work on our new 2013 Jeep. Ryans response was that this was basically not his problem and he would not fix the problem. I am now the the proud owner of a brand new vehicle that has a constant alarm. I will never buy another vehicle from Glenbrook Dodge. More
