Damage to vehicle - Threats for holding accountable The reason for this? Because I have been holding them accountable for damage done to our car during a routine inspection and then a car wash. My son and I took our car to the dealership for a routine drive train inspection. After the inspection, they offer to wash the car and I accept. We then leave the location and drive less than 1/4 mile to Sports Clips for my son's hair appointment. Upon exiting the car and going towards the Sports Clips front door we pass by the hood of the car and my son asks "Where did those scratches come from?". There were some light scratches and some deeper marks through the clear coat. These were not there prior to having them work on the car. I immediately take photos and after the appointment we go directly back to the dealership to inform them. A young lady named Ms. Murphy took photos as well and denied that it was them. She gave me the Service Managers card (Brian Marshall) and told me that he would contact me and might want to inspect the damage. He never contacted me. I had to make contact with him. The matter then escalate to the Service Director (Daniel H. Bailey) who has been rather belligerent and absolutely uncooperative. He has denied the facts and has denied that they did any damage. I have continued to hold them accountable and have launched some social media campaigns regarding this. The dealership has removed posts from Facebook and blocked me for sharing my story. Dan Bailey even went so far as to tell me that he has "blacklisted" us in the Dodge service database so that we may no longer receive service or RECALL repairs at any DODGE location. They have an "F" rating with the BBB and a warning. I have done some research and have found that this is not the first incident like this and Dan Bailey has a history of terrible customer service and this type of response to customers. More

However, her sales manager was doing everything he could to get me to buy ASAP. I had quite a few questions she could not answer and when she went to the sales manager she had to give him my budget and down payment because in her words "They are going to bug me about making this sale." Ultimately, I politely left and purchased my vehicle from another dealership. I waited 3 days to have my vehicle located from a different dealership when Glenbrook Dodge had the exact vehicle on their lot. More
I was looking to trade my used car in & purchase a new Fiat 500. I still owed on my car, but they gave me a good price for mine. I originally came in to look at a certain car, but then found another one that I liked better & they made it work for me and my budget. The finance manager that we dealt with was very forceful and tried to hurry us along. It was close to 8 pm, but that is only because we had to wait on him for 30 minutes and we were told there was no one before us. Other than that, I had a very good experience. I have to admit that when I walked into Glenbrook Dodge I was very intimidated! I never thought I would have the credit it takes to get a new car. I always go to the places where I get used cars where that I was very intimidated! I never thought I would have the credit it takes to get a new car. I always go to the places where I get used cars where that I'm not really happy with but get talked into purchasing it because of pushy sales men but this was not my experience at Glenbrook Dodge. I felt important and like they really wanted to help me everyone was nice and greeted me. John Kinney took his time and explained everything to me and even gave me hope when I waiting to see if I could get approved. He made me feel like he cared and that hope was not lost. This was the best car experience I've ever had! I still can't believe I'm driving a Chrysler 200!! The price of vehicle is something I can budget to afford but overall I'm very Happy!!!!! So I finally had enough of diesel fuel prices and decided to give Glenbrook Dodge a try for a nicer, newer, more fuel efficient car. My previous vehicle was a 2001 Dodge Ram Cummins High Output Turbo Diesel. to give Glenbrook Dodge a try for a nicer, newer, more fuel efficient car. My previous vehicle was a 2001 Dodge Ram Cummins High Output Turbo Diesel. While I really enjoyed the power that the modified diesel achieved, I did not like only getting 22 mpg (only if I kept my foot out of it on the highway). I already had my eyes set on getting a Dodge Dart as I entered the dealership. I initally wanted to purchase a brand new Dart, but was easily pursuaded by a used Dart with only 25,000 miles on the clock. The test drive was the real treat as I took the 1.4 liter turbo charged 160 HP engine to redline and enjoyed the smooth power delivery to the 6 speed manual transmission (this car was made for tickets, that is just how smooth and quiet the ride is in the interior). Besides the Rallye package was discontinued in 2013, and I could not pass on the Rallye edition (or the price savings on a Rallye), or a 6 speed manual transmission (the only true way to drive a sports car). The car achieves great fuel mileage as well. I have already averaged above 40 mpg on the highway and above 35 in the city. Not bad for a sleek, stylish, sport compact car with a manual gear box, eh? Terel made the transaction for my 2013 Dodge Dart Rallye smooth and painless. He even told me of the refreshments that the dealer offers to customers free of charge. Who can say no to free coffee and Pepsi products? I know I could never do that... The final part of the process was a sit down session with Nick to go over financial paperwork. Folks, Nick is just as brilliant, he explains everything from your trade, to dock and title fees, bank fees, your APR and payments. I even called in a week later to discuss other things on the loan and he was more than willing to give up some time to work with me more over the phone. Would I purchase from Glenbrook Dodge again? I believe the real question is, when will I stop purchasing from them? At this point, (due to Terel's awesome personality and willingness to work with the customer) I am a Glenbrook Dodge customer for life. More

My husband and I were not looking for a new car, but saw an ad in the local paper for what appeared to be a great deal on a Fiat 500. We decided to drive over to Glenbrook Dodge/Fiat to take a look and end an ad in the local paper for what appeared to be a great deal on a Fiat 500. We decided to drive over to Glenbrook Dodge/Fiat to take a look and ended up buying one. We got a fantastic price on the car, a great deal on our trade-in, and LT Thompson was very knowledgeable. The overall experience was one of the best I've had at a car dealership. There were no hassles--everything was low-key and the staff were all very nice. I'd highly recommend this dealership. I was finally fed up and pulled into Glenbrook Dodge one evening to discuss purchasing a new vehicle not thinking I would leave there that night with one. They were able to get me financed at less than 6% interest. Since I work at Dana Corp. I get a discount through Chrystler. That, coupled with the rebates I was able to save thousands of dollars! I love my new car and all of her bells and whistles! Not only is she beautiful, but she handles great on the snow and I haven't been stuck in my own driveway since : ) More
