I had done some research on trucks that Glenbrook Dodge had before I walked in the door. We worked with Nick C. from start to finish and he was not pushy at all. They even through in a tow package on the used truck without additional cost. My only complaint would be the financing side, and that they try to push their financers and warranties when completing the sale. Other than that, service was excellent and I had purchased a used 2010 Dodge Ram within 3 hours. More
I had attempted to get it serviced with another local dealer and the service provider there was rude, disrespectful, unclear, and the mechanic did not know key details to repairing my vehicle. The poor service at the other dealer (where I purchased the vehicle) led me to Glenbrook Dodge for my fist experience with them. My vehicle issue was complicated and the service staff at Glenbrook Dodge communicated well with me and kept me updated as they searched for the part they needed successfully (it was a unique part). Justin Abbott was a wonderful service advisor. From my first contact via phone with Justin, I knew I was taking my vehicle to the right place. Justin was friendly, prompt, provided me with full and accurate details about my vehicle's needs, and was an excellent service provider. All of my concerns with my vehicle were addressed and all of the employees were friendly and helpful. I will only be taking my vehicle to Glenbrook Dodge for service following my outstanding experience. A true testament to my experience is that I will be driving from over 1.5 hours just to receive future service with Justin and the staff at Glenbrook Dodge. I highly recommend them! More
I made an appointment to have a recall fixed. It was suppose to take 1/2 hour or less. I got there around 15 minutes early. After waiting an hour, Paul came out and said it was finished, then listed a suppose to take 1/2 hour or less. I got there around 15 minutes early. After waiting an hour, Paul came out and said it was finished, then listed a last name to confirm it was me, but it wasn't me. I asked him how much longer. He said he would check. Twenty minutes later, I went up to the window and asked the lady if she could check since he never came back and told me anything. She returned and told me it would be another 1/2 hour. I went back up to see if they even started yet because if they hadn't I was going to leave. She suggested that I go ask Paul. I went over to talk to Paul to see if they had and he said they had and that they were behind. About 20 minutes later my car was finished. I went out to leave, and my cup cooler/warmer was no longer working. So I had to go back in and tell Paul. He called the guy that worked on my car up and he went out to check it. Apparently, they forgot to hook it back up. Paul was not friendly and was not very helpful. I made an appointment and do not feel it is alright to have to wait 2 hours for a job that should have only taken 1/2 hour. If I would have been informed up front how long it would be, I could have made other arrangements so I wouldn't have had to sit there and wait. I will not be using your service department unless I have no other choice in the future. More
My wife and I swung by the store near closing time after hearing a radio advertisement. Only a few months into the business, Jacob was the type of personality I could work with. We did not get the pressuring "What can I do to get you into this tonight?" But rather, the "let's just look a few things up and drive a few trucks and see if anything will work for you." So, we completely felt that is was on our terms. We stayed until cleaning ladies were well into their night shift routine and we drove away with a 2011 Dodge Ram and felt good about it (which doesn't always happen when you're looking for cars). Ryan aided us in the transition and we have nothing but good things to say about our experience. More

I started as a call in Customer and I was able to get pre-approved over the phone. When I finally got to actually meet my Salesman (John Kinney) he made my husband and I feel like family. He knew most of what we were looking for from my phone call earlier that day. He had the vehicle that we wanted to test drive ready, we drove it, loved it and wanted to make a deal. When they could not get that exact vehicle to the payment we wanted, they didn't just say "Oh Well See you around". They said hey we have another vehicle that has almost everything you are looking for and a little more, this vehicle we can get in the payment range you want to stay in. So, my Salesman got us the best deal and the vehicle that was best for us! THANK YOU - JOHN I am telling all my friends about Glenbrook Dodge. They are the Best and treated us with Respect and made us feel like we were one of their most valued customers, even though we had never been there before. I was looking to buy a used Dodge when I rolled into the lot. However, I ended up test driving three vehicles and the rebate/finance plan was so great I bought a brand new Ram.
