12/11/2014 I worked well with my salesperson Jordan who was very accommodating, however when I made an offer of $28,500.00 on a vehicle Jordan had to go get a ma I worked well with my salesperson Jordan who was very accommodating, however when I made an offer of $28,500.00 on a vehicle Jordan had to go get a manager and that is where the experience went to xxxx in a hand-basket. The manager's name was Steve and he came over and introduced himself and then proceeded to tell me straight forward that they couldn't accept an offer of $29,000.00. I told him I actually offered $28,000.00 and he rolled his eyes at me like some condescending xxxxxxx. He then placed a piece of paper on the table and started telling me the actual price was $36,000.00 and the price of $32,000.00 I saw online was already discounted while poking the paper with his finger on the table as to make a point. He shook my hand and said maybe they have an older vehicle that may work for me. His customer service skills are severely lacking, I would've been open to possibly looking at another vehicle had he approached and explained to me in a civil manner that they'd love to work with me but the offer I made simply wasn't enough as the online prices are already discounted. I had no idea online prices are discounted or I might have rethought my offer. I went to another dealer and spent $28,500.00 on a vehicle and they seemed to appreciate the business. I feel sorry for the sales people there if this is how manager's approach potential buyers as their sales numbers will be lower than if they were treated with respect. I called and left a message with Chris for Mark McKibben but received no call back so I'm guessing my input doesn't hold a lot of weight, hopefully this comment will spark some sort of change in the treatment of customers moving forward. Being in the New York area, I had a ton of different dealers I could check out but nobody had the combination of the car I wanted at the right price with the assurance that the Viper was handled properly in their care. After trying to many dealers, It was a pleasure to call Glenbrook and speak with Ken on the phone. He was knowledgeable about the car, and was able to answer all my questions about the condition of the Viper. The car was stored indoors and kept in immaculate condition at the dealership and I had confidence that the Glenbrook team knew how special the Viper is and treated it thusly. I made an offer and within minutes I had worked out, effortlessly, an incredibly good deal for the perfect car. I was elated, and right after the call I bought the first flight out to Fort Wayne that I could take. Ken was waiting at the airport when we got in, drove us to the dealer in a brand new Chrysler 300, and the car was waiting for us, exactly as described when I got there. Perhaps the fact that we ended up staying and chatting for well over an hour with the entire team once we got there speaks to how good of an experience we had. Glenbook is a phenomenal dealership whether it be for a Dart or a Hellcat, I won't hesitate to fly in and drive back my next Fiat or Chrysler product. An absolute A+ experience. More

It frightens me how they treat the SRT8 Dodge Challenger in Dodge Chargers and othersjust because they're not theirs they need to treat them with more respect More

We purchased from this dealership and took a 10,000$ loss to get out of the car we bought from them less than a year ago. Their service department is DESPICABLE! In the 10 months we owned our Fiat, it spent 5 months on their lot waiting on service, or just sitting there because the service department refused to contact us to let us know it was ready. They also called me a liar, despite proof of the errors that occurred. I chose to take a financial hammer to the face rather than continue driving a car that had to be serviced there. The "owner's son, Matt" was even pompous, rude, degrading and unwilling to try to set things right. Walking through the door of Glenbrook was worse than being hit by a train. More

She is the most upfront and honest car sales person I have ever dealt with. She was patient and understanding to our financial needs. I would recommend to all of my friends to come here and ask for Melissa if they want an honest and professional person helping them. After learning the cost of our repair we decided to go next door to speak with Melissa Poore as we had previously bought a Jeep Wrangler from her. We explained what we were willing to spend and Melissa and the dealership team allowed us to walk away that day (Saturday) with a brand new 2015 Jeep Cherokee at the price we needed. Awesome job! Lied to....Charged for work that was covered under warranty 2014 Dodge Ram 3500 Diesel=$65,000.... This truck is less than 2 months old and have had issues with a vibration since it was new. 2 new tires have be 2014 Dodge Ram 3500 Diesel=$65,000.... This truck is less than 2 months old and have had issues with a vibration since it was new. 2 new tires have been put on it and wheels have been balanced twice....no sorry now its a 3rd time. When i picked up the truck on Friday Brian Marshall informed me that i would have to pay for the balancing...he said that warranty wouldnt cover the repairs....I called Chrysler customer service and there was no record of him ever calling. I worked at a dealership for 15 years and i know how it works.... Warranty claims are lots of paper work and warranty doesnt pay as much as customer pay.....so it was never turn in. I drove 9 miles and the tire pressure monitoring light came on and the truck shook worse than before and Brians claim was that it was done wrong the 1st time..... Then my truck sat in service all day monday and Brian said he would call and NEVER did...... we have lost the meaning of what true customer service is More
