Never say never! I had recently purchased a used Ford explorer and lost it in a fire 3 months later. I got ripped off I bought a new 2015 dodge diesel dually 4 wheel drive almost 70,000 dollars. said I would get 1000.00 rebate back in check never got it ,I kept callin I bought a new 2015 dodge diesel dually 4 wheel drive almost 70,000 dollars. said I would get 1000.00 rebate back in check never got it ,I kept calling day after day nobody would ever call me back. they turned off my xm radio said i only get 3 months but the window sticker said 1 year . after about 20 phone calls and driving 90 miles to Glenbrook dodge 2 times that got fixed. I have now bought 2 new dodge trucks from them and now i need atleast 3 more dodge diesel duallys [ NEW ] but after all of the crap and getting ripped off i went threw I WOULD NEVER BUY ANOTHER TRUCK FROM GLENBROOK DODGE OR THERE SALES PERSON . SO I WILL TAKE MY BIS 120 MILES DOWN THE ROAD WHERE I WAS BUYING BEFORE AND WAS TREATED WITH RESPECT AND ALWAYS LEFT HAPPY More
