We bought 2 vehicls over the past month from Glen at this dealership. Glen did an amazing job with us on our first vehicle. We got a 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan. Glen said that I would be able to take the van home for the night so my wife could spend a little more time with it and she loved it. I thought that was amazing! We ended up going back the next day and buying it. Got a great price and was very happy with the financing we got. We have less than perfect credit so I knew the rate would be high and what we got was better than expected. The seconde time we went back in a month later to trade in our other vehicle. This time it took a little more time to find the right car. But after some patience and about 4 different test drives we found the right one. Glen was amazing at explaining our options and how the process worked. Matt was even in helping with the purchase of both cars to add that special touch. The seconde car we got was a off brand used car and am totally blown away by it. Our trade in had an awesome value and financing was even better this time than the first purchase. Overall this is a great dealership and has an amazing team. Different people said hello to us and everyone made sure we had been helped by someone. Glen - Great! I was greeted at the front door with lots of smiles and friendly faces. I was quickly directed to Jaime Bahena who asked alot of questions about me and what I do. He did some research and found out that a car had just came in earlier that day only 5 miles with everything I wanted and more. With in a matter of minutes I was approved even though I did not have the best of credit and had been turned down other places (Even my bank of 15 yrs). With not a lot down and some manufacture rebates my monthly payment was right where i needed it and they were able to arrange a date that worked best for my for my payment date.
