My experience with Jeff Skelly was very pleasurable and he worked very hard to reach a deal. Our negative review is due to Ryan Tuttle, the sales manager. We worked a deal that allowed us to keep the wheels and tires from our previous Jeep. After leaving the dealership, we discovered that the tire pressure sensors had not been switched out and were not compatible. The sensors from our 2011 Jeep did not work on our new 2013 Jeep. Ryans response was that this was basically not his problem and he would not fix the problem. I am now the the proud owner of a brand new vehicle that has a constant alarm. I will never buy another vehicle from Glenbrook Dodge. More

Chris Noble was an awesome car salesman, and went above and beyond to help me get a new vehicle. He found the perfect vehicle for me a 2011 Jeep Patriot 4 by 4 with only 25,000 miles on it. This is the fourth car we've purchased or leased from Glenbrook and they are easily the most professional, most pleasant people I've ever dealt with in my life. Angel listened carefully to our needs and instantly addressed them. Never was there a breath of hard sell nor anything but the utmost professional and helpful service given. He went to bat for us with his manager who also came out and helped make the deal work. And then, the finance department went far and beyond what's considered good service to provide exemplary attention to getting us an even better deal. This is what all car salespeople should be like. It's no wonder they're hugely successful--with folks like Angel at the reins, they'll be in business for a long, long time. This dealer lists a certain price on cars.com and their own website. Then when you go to see the vehicle they say that's the suggested retail price not the actual price. It was 7,000 more. Don't waste your time and effort with them. These type of dealerships don't deserve to be around. More
We came into Glenbrook Dodge looking for a Chrysler Town and Country mini van with the stow n' go seating. We test drove a model that fit our needs. Joe was extremely helpful in getting us into a payment that worked for our family. We recently stopped into Glennbrook Dodge to just look at used Town/Country vans with factory tow package. We drove a white new one, 2012, but We really didnt want white. Not just by the car but the service as well. Angel went way above and beyond what we would have ever expected of anyone. Our future plans for replacing our second vehicle will definitely involve Glenbrook Dodge and Angel. Probably the most real and non-aggressive sales experience we have had. More
