I bought my first car at Auto Credit USA (big mistake) I was so far in a hole with that car I never though I'd get out of it. Right from the beginning of the conversation I felt like he was very knowledgeable and polite. He didn't push me into buying a car or anything. Needless to say I went from an 02 Taurus and walked out with a 2013 Dodge Avenger! I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase and I would recommend Cody to anyone who needed a vehicle! Glenbrook Dodge in general is a wonderful place to go and I'm sure I wont be going anywhere else! I would definitely rate this place a 10+!! We decided we wanted a fuel efficient care that would also be fun. Our manual Fiat Pop filled the bill. Not only is it fun to drive, it is easy on the wallet at the gas station. We named our car the Sassy Sapphire and we call her Saphy for short. With the recent warmer weather, we have had the top rolled back every single day. We get so many compliments and many requests for a ride around town. The only negative during our purchase was the pressure from finance to purschase extended warranties. We had to explain our reasoning multiple times before finance decided to listen. It created an akward situation. If you want to look at the Fiat, ask for Ken Starnes. He is so much fun to work with. When I first got there my salesman was busy so I was assisted by Cody. a new guy just put on the floor. He was knowledgable and got things going right away. I never felt pressured into taking a vehicle I didn't want which was very important to me. I ended up leaving that evening with a brand new car that I could afford and a smile. Scott stayed over his shift to make sure I got what I wanted. I can't thank him enough. My husband and I went there wanting to test drive a charger which we did, the whole time we were under the impression that they was going to pay off our current car in full, I asked 3 times was it goin charger which we did, the whole time we were under the impression that they was going to pay off our current car in full, I asked 3 times was it going to be paid off and all 3 times they said yes. We get into the office to sign the papers and guess what, yeah they paid off the old loan but rolled over $4000 to the new loan! We should of got up and left but I wanted the charger so badly I couldnt leave without it. They're liars and I wouldnt recommend anyone to go there! More

Well, he didnt, and we went back that night. We bought a FIAT Lounge. We have always bought Dodges, which we have at the time, two. We have dealt with this dealership for years and have bought 7 vehicels. At one point in all those years We had one problem and they took care of it. Other than that, we had salesmen that were always polite and gracess. We have always walked away happy, thats why we always come backk to Dodge. This dealership is CLEAN, has popcorn, drinks, and donuts( if you get there early), haha. Ken Starnes was our salesman at the FIAT side of Dodge. He was funny and very helpful with me choosing the right car. We came back on Saturday to get my car. Ken went through all the gagets on panel. He had us sign a family board with the name of my car. I have driven my "Peanut" for 5 days now and love it, I wasnt sure, I've never driven a smaller car. It feels secure and even fits my grandbaby in the back. i bought a 2013 dodge dart on march 16, 2013. The salesman was nice and helpful but the sales consultant was made it seem like he was trying to hide things from me and not tell me what i was signing salesman was nice and helpful but the sales consultant was made it seem like he was trying to hide things from me and not tell me what i was signing and folding papers so i could only see the "sign here" part not what i was signing. he would not tell me the total price i paid for the car and was avoiding the subject. i was very annoyed but i was ready to get out of there because i was there for 6 hours. He also made the base price i paid for the car 2000 dollars more than my salesman and i agreed to. the touch screen in the car did not work when i was test driving the car so i told my salesman jason and he said it needed to "warm up" and said it works. The touch screen never worked from the time i got in the car so i had to deal with many people and lots of miscommunications to get my touch screen fixed. When i got my car back from getting a new touch screen and the oil changed i noticed that same day that i had 3 huge scratches in my rim so i called glenbrook dodge and talked to the sales manager and he said they couldnt have scratched it and after arguing with him he said i could bring the car and he would look at it. when i got the car there i argued with him and then he said he would have it repaired. so i had to drive back to the dodge dealership another day for it to be fixed and he said come back the next afternoon and it would be ready to go so i drove back to return my rental car they gave me and enterprise drove me back to dodge and they didnt have my car and nobody told me so i had to go back and get another rental car and come back again the next day. i have had my car for just over 3 weeks and i have made at least 7 or 8 trips to glenbrook dodge,some of those trips did me no good and were glenbrook dodge's mistake, and i live in Berne which is an hour drive for me. i am very unhappy with the the whole experience ive had at glenbrook dodge and will NEVER buy a car from them again. I dont feel like they appreciate my service which i think is extremely rude because buying a car is a big, expensive decision. More
