Customer Service Both of my children's vehicles (Jeep Wrangler and Dodge Nitro) had recall issues mailed to me. Since the kids were home from college for the Holidays Both of my children's vehicles (Jeep Wrangler and Dodge Nitro) had recall issues mailed to me. Since the kids were home from college for the Holidays, I called your Service Department to try getting these issues taken care of. Your Service Advisor, Becky Dodds did an excellent job of getting me in and making sure that everything was taken care of in a very timely and efficient manner. She was very knowledgeable regarding the issues and made sure that I was well taken care of. It was a pleasure to work with her and the rest of your service team. Your courtesy shuttle driver also did a commendable job of taking me to my office and then picking me back up when my vehicles were ready! More

The Best! My new Jeep was in for a recall...but it got more than that! It received updates...and added air pressure in its tires! With phone calls, approvals and working the deal up, At First there was a miscommunication, But these two guys in the end came thru for me, I am ok with the payment, and have a BEAUTIFUL car, that we will keep for a very long time.. We wanted to thank you soo very much again for these Dodge boys, We always refer everyone there.. Other people have had problems, as for us never,, they ALWAYS earn their pay when we come in!! More

Never say never! I had recently purchased a used Ford explorer and lost it in a fire 3 months later. I looked and looked for a vehicle to replace it and couldn't find I had recently purchased a used Ford explorer and lost it in a fire 3 months later. I looked and looked for a vehicle to replace it and couldn't find anything I wanted. I kept saying no minivan or Chrysler product! Well I went into the showroom and looked at a Chrysler minivan. Got an awesome deal with the end of the year rebates and it helped that my son is a mechanic there so I got the employee pricing too! So glad that I got this car. The salesman and finance guy were great. I don't think I will ever buy a car anywhere else again!! More

Great Experiencce Brought in my very old Chrysler for an oil change and tire rotation. I also asked to have several things I was concerned about checked.
