Recalls Done-Great Customer Service! I went in to have a recall done on my vehicle, thinking they were only going to be able to do one they were actually able to do both recalls in about I went in to have a recall done on my vehicle, thinking they were only going to be able to do one they were actually able to do both recalls in about 2 hours time. Becky was extremely helpful and printed me off some information about an issue they had found during the inspection of my vehicle. Some people may not care about this, but I really liked the fact that the waiting room was nice and had comfortable chairs, desk areas, refreshments, etc. They make sure you are well taken care of! They even took is through the car wash! :) I plan on going back for my oil changes because they have affordable packages and I like that they do a very detailed inspection on my vehicle every time it is there, that is something you will not find just anywhere! LT and Todd were so patient while I was picking out the model and edition I had the best customer experience at the Glenbrook Fiat with the dealer LT. LT and Todd were so patient while I was picking out the model and edition I wanted. My car was brought in from Ohio and arrived in great condition. After we finalized the purchase, LT spent over an hour setting the car up for me exactly how I wanted and explained how to work everything in detail. During my drive home to South Bend, I knew how to operate everything. I know most people dread dealing with dealers but know if you go to this fiat, you will be in great hands with LT and Todd.
