Too Long of a Wait I sat for 2.5 hours waiting for finance. I finalized my purchase and was told I was next and I suppose next meant 2.5 hours. It was incredibly frustra I sat for 2.5 hours waiting for finance. I finalized my purchase and was told I was next and I suppose next meant 2.5 hours. It was incredibly frustrating and ridiculous. No manager spoke to me, nothing. I was left to just sit and wait with no type of conversation besides “25 more minutes” which was actually 1.5 hours. Horrendous. While my experience was not the best, the manager did reach out to me after the fact to make my experience better. More

2019 Ram 2500 Boarded a flight in Florida 6 AM Saturday morning to go purchase a truck that was bought on Friday evening! Mike Falas met me at the airport to take me to the dealership. Arrived and found my truck in the stages of final clean for delivery indoors. Mike and I signed required paperwork, spoke of our families and I went to finance. Within 10 minutes we were complete and I was out the door headed back to Florida in my new ride! Excellent experience with both Mike Fales and the personnel at the dealership! Thanks guys! More

Amazing Wow. As soon as you pull in the parking lot your eyes just get big. Building inside is also very roomy and the staff A++ no pressure on the sale at al Wow.
