I have to say that our salesman JR Albert was phenomenal!!! I am not one to write reviews but I can honestly say this review is more than well deserved. He was polite, curious, honest and fun to deal with. I gave him a list of needs and he came through even better than I could have asked. I can honestly say we will gladly return to this dealership as well for any maintenance needs and gladly work with JR again whenever a new vehicle purchase is needed. The finance and management team we dealt with were wonderful as well. I honestly just cant give enough praise. More

Charged for a "diag" that was under warranty I had a horrible experience from the 1st step into the service department to leaving a day later. The people were rude. Charged me for two (2) "diags I had a horrible experience from the 1st step into the service department to leaving a day later. The people were rude. Charged me for two (2) "diags". My issue was with something that was under warranty, however the issue was not acting up when they did the "diag" and therefore there was nothing wrong with my vehicle (Dan's words), so they had to charge me. $240.00 later I got to pick up my car. I will NEVER step foot in this dealership again. Not for service, not for a car, not for anything. I was warned by numerous people not to get a car from Glenbook Dodge. But, I did it anyway. Lesson learned and I will (and do) tell everyone how rude, unhelpful and money hungry this place is. More

OUTSTANDING CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE! I have to say, my salesperson LT at this dealership was so very personable from the get go. I was at another dealership making a deal on a car which w I have to say, my salesperson LT at this dealership was so very personable from the get go. I was at another dealership making a deal on a car which was very uncomfortable. I decided to stop in at Glenbrook Dodge Chrysler Jeep Fiat 100 W Coliseum Blvd Fort Wayne, IN 46805. I met LT and immediately was impressed with his friendly professionalism. I thought, hey, I think he's going to help me out to finally get a car with comfort. LT did just that. I totally forgot about the other dealership and the car they had me settling for. LT is by far the best sales associate I have ever ran into. Writing this review is a true pleasure! Within a day with his care for the customer, LT located a car that was exactly what I was looking for. He did not just find the car right for me, he made a new friend. It was fun! ~ Dave More
