Great customer service! My dad and I were greeted by everyone and even the managers spoke to us personally. Tyler treated us very professionally but also accommodated our needs. Mostly positive experience. We bought a 2020 Pacifica sight unseen and had it delivered. The van was beautiful and everything we expected with 2 exceptions. There was only 1 ke We bought a 2020 Pacifica sight unseen and had it delivered. The van was beautiful and everything we expected with 2 exceptions. There was only 1 key fob and zero floor mats. The floor mats were not a big deal since I ordered new WeatherTechs. The second key fob IS a big deal and unacceptable for a $34,000 vehicle. I now have to order a 2nd key and have it programmed at a Chrysler dealership at my considerable expense. Lesson learned for buying vehicles online. I guess I should have asked what I considered to be silly questions. More
